When I went to Rocky Cay, we got to the beach through the Rocky Cay beach club, which I highly recommend. We parked our golf cart out front and I believe we paid $2USD to park. They are pretty up front about fees. It cost money to park, but you could sit at one of the tables in the shade and did not have to buy food/drinks. The food/drink service is slow. The drinks are reasonably priced and the coco loco is delicious!Rocky Cay beach is stunning and the beach club is right on the beach, which is great! I swam to the little island near the ship wreck. I really only recommend that if you are snorkeling. The "island" is hard coral that can be painful to walk on and it is mainly an area where the snorkelers go because there are more fish to see.Highly recommend this stop if you are trekking around San Andres island! It is quieter than the beaches right in town.

This is a prime spot in the island, a bit more laid back than the beaches in downtown. We got there on a shared taxi they we hired while waiting for the bus, for almost the same money. Ride from downtown is about 15 min. Do not think this is a deserted oasis away from tourists though... There are still plenty of people, both visitors and locals doing business. There is a small restaurant on the side street of the Decameron restaurant that had decent prices and very large portions. The island that gives name to the location can be reached walking, with water up to the chest. Bring shoes, the island is pure coral and will hurt your bare feet. Make sure you say hi to the rastas living there on a permanent camp!

Absolutely loved walking through the water from the beach towards the island. The water came up to my shoulders at the deepest point and I am 5ft.At the island you can walk on it, but I wouldn't without the water shoes as the main walking surface is made of rocks and old coral - very painful! Around the island is a number of natural 'aquariums'. There were millions of fish! Would recommend!

We love walking to Rocky Cay from the Marazul and having lunch there. If you get a chance, say "Hi" to Mauricio.

Great little beach. We needed a beach day close to the end of our trip, and this was it! The water was beautiful with a sandy bottom, and were able to relax and rejuvenate. Super beach!

..by far. Lovely white sand, beautiful trees, a selection of restaurants and dive centres including THE BEST RESTAURANT on the island, The Grogg, where you can spend your days on the beach under the shade of the trees being served excellent cocktails and food by lovely staff. Go!

Water of seven colors (at least), surrounded by tropical vegetation, white sands... and plenty of fish in the shallow water to keep you busy with your snorkel for a while.

You can cross the sea just walking to the island and you are able to watch little fishes swimming among your legs!!Lovely experience!!

It's a good place to visit if you're staying in one of the Decameron's hotels, otherwise it won't be pleasant for you. I'm saying this because they won't even let you use the beach chairs if you're not Decameron.Things to do: enjoy the beach, have drinks in the bar and stay for lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

This beach was a very relaxing place. The ocean doesn't go above your waist and you can walk about 500 meters out into the ocean. The sand is beautiful and the water is very clear. A good place to spend the day. Be ware, though, that there is not a lot of natural shade on this beach, so you will have to rent a shaded bungalow if you don't want the full sun on you.
