Tubing is one of our annual familly activity. For the last few years, we went to "Les glissades des pays d'en haut" in Piedmond.This year, we decided to visit St-Jean de Matha, well established place for years now.One of the main reason was the price. For 2 adults and 2 kids, Piedmond charge 132$ for a full day. For St-Jean de Matha, you can buy your tickets on internet and it is 90$ for a full day. Also, as soon as you buy a familly package, you can add as many adults and kids as you want for a special price on the same transaction, and you save about 10$ per additionnal tickets compared to Piedmond.Now the question was... are we going to have as much fun as the other place... The answer is simply "Yes"!St-Jean de Matha has regular tubing and also another side to the mountain for rafting, cyclone and TGV, which are very great adrenaline slides. You can embark between 4 and 12 people in those ones!For those interested, they also have a BBQ with huge sausages outside you can buy, plus alcool "Igloo" and a Quebec specialty, the maple taffy on snow!Overall, very cool place, nice animation, very profesionnal employees, very secure, and a lot of fun for all our familly group of 8, from 5 to 42 years old!

Staff was great, but no one really spoke English, but that is not uncommon in rural Quebec. The hills were wonderful, with 18 for family and another mountain of hills for the adventerous tuber!Pricing was about $80 Canadian for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We bought the 2 hour package. It is our second time there, and we enjoyed it quite a bit.Highly recommend.

Myself, my wife, and one of our friends decided to go tubing for fun last week as we hadn't done it in a few years. Normally, we'd always gone to the tubing at Mont Avila but we wanted to try a different area this time. In short, Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha has a great rafting section (tubing in groups of four to ten people on larger tubes). They have a large number of tracks and you go down pretty fast. So that part was excellent. Where this place lacks is on the smaller individual tubing tracks. There aren't very many to choose from, they're all pretty much the same, and they aren't terribly exciting. I guess this is ok if you're going with small kids but it's not great if you're a group of adults. I'd recommend Mont Avila instead. They have a lot more variety. We don't plan on coming back here.

The rides were okay, nothing extreme, but I think they should be separated the rides for the young and the ones for adults. We had always to wait until the guys sitting in tower to give the "okay" which took 15 minutes before we could do the rafting.Too much safety (adults shouldn't be told to put their legs inside the tube (we're not stupid)) and we lost lots of time listening to repeated lame safety instructions.The food is crappy and very greasy. If you're looking for healthy food it will cost you a fortune to eat there. Overall, don't waste your money, find other places which are cheaper and more fun.

Pourquoi pas pendent la semaine de relache ne pas allé au Super Glissades ce n'est pas troploin de MONTREAL & pas trop dispendieux. Vos enfants vont êtres très content. Vous pouvez apporter votre bouffe car il y a de belle endroie pour manger.

Excellent pour se garder en forme. Site enchenteur et facilement accessible. Si vous avez la chance tenter le tout par une partie de golf en ete. Site de toute beaute.

Nous étions 5 (moi,ma fille,mon gendre et mes 2 petites-filles)pour aller glisser aux Super Glissades de Saint-Jean-de Matha et ce fut une journée très agréable. Site très bien organisé avec plusieurs niveaux de glissades,de la musique ,feux de foyer à l'extérieur et kiosque à l'extérieur et resto intérieur pour manger.Il y a un monte-tripe pour faciliter l'accès en haut et en plus on a fait un tour de traineau à chevaux(très relaxant)Le prix varie selon le nombre d'heures passer là-bas et il y a une belle boutique pour ceux qui on oublier de se vêtir convenablement.En bref une belle occasion de jouer dehors en famille

Bonjour le 2014-08-17 avec trois de mes amis nous avions un forfait golf et hébergement ,2 couchers en condo 2 soupers 2 déjeuners et 2 rondes de golf avec voiturette. très bel accueil service excellent .tant a la réception de l'auberge et du club de golf qui est juste de l'autre coté de la route . Qualité prix c'était très bien.

C'est un très bon endroit pour glisser, il y a des glissades pour tout les goût et tout les âge. Il y a des très belle glissade de type raft. Par contre, il faut marcher un peu trop longtemps a mon goût pour s'y rendre.Au niveau de la nourriture, il y a une cafétéria, donc pas de soucis à ce niveau.Sinon, au niveau des prix, c'est bien aussi.Bref, j'ai passé une très bonne journée et je n'hésiterais pas a y retourner.

C'est très bien et quand même abordable. Lorsque j'étais plus jeune, c'etais quasiment dangereux cependant depuis quelques années, ils se sont adapté afin d'augmenter le niveau de sécurité en apposant des barrières avec œil magique a la sortie de la piste. De plus il y a du personnel qui surveille le haut et le bas des pentes. Pour ce qui est du rafting du a la pesanteur du bateau je vous conseille d'y aller a plusieurs adultes pour tirer le bateau jusqu'à la pente et a sa sortie sinon ça vous tentera pas de faire plus qu'une descente. Fait très apprécié, vous pouvez apporter votre propre nourriture, ce que je vous conseil fortement puisque le restaurant laisse un peu a désirer mais on est pas la pour ça!
