This is not. Restaurant, it is an outlet for a duck processing company. Yes you can buy fresh duck, or frozen. Do not forget the duck shortening no cholesterol, and great for cooking. The. hVe all you need in duck produce. Clean outlet , great service, great duck products.

Duck fans unite over unlimited taste of Canard at this wonderful farm and store just outside Knowlton.Tripadvisor has ducked this recommendation including;"Where do I load up my picture of yummy duck legs."Is it gamy or gamey? Who cares because it is simply delicious.As foodies we have lots of recommendations starting withDuck weinies for the famous Duck Dog, breakfast with duck sausage,comfit duck and duck breast for dinner and livers on the pan, duck foie de gras,for food lovers, snack on duck pate, try a duck pie or the duck pre-cooked or just the whole duck. Duck dogs were served to my Rotary group summer BBQ.Almost 1/3 were not sure of ... duck weinies, so regular weinieswere provided. ALL ... yes ALL tried the Dog Dogs and ALL wereimpressed but where in Ontario do you buy it?Well come to the beautiful Easter Townships with your coolerand load up ... my family does, my friends do, Quebecois doand Lorenzo does.This is a top grade facility known world wide with a wonderfulshop and super friendly and helpful staff.We always have a selection of Lac Brome products in our freezer;always. So should you!!!Have you tried the rage of Quebec; comfit duck legs?Yummy yum yum. Sorry what about the picture Tripadvisor???

Parfait pour les amateurs de canards. Service A1 à la boutique... Donne d'excellentes recettes!!! Un peu cher par contre...
