I was physically burned and left scarred for months after my laser treatment and was told I could not continue but was not offered a refund for the $350 I had paid for 8 sessions even though I only did one session. They tried to tell me that it was due to my birth control pill being photosensitive although nowhere on the box did it say that and I also filled out a form saying that I was on that specific pill before the laser treatment and the lady did not tell me that could be an issue, she simply accused me of being on some other meds and that I must be withholding that information from her (I was not). I had to see a dermatologist and apply special cream for months to make the scars go away. I eventually accepted store credit in the form of massages and mani/pedis as they refused to refund me for the money I had spent for the sessions I couldn't do. However, they soon closed both their locations without warning before I could complete the treatmeelnts they had promised me and ended up losing my money anyway. I do not wish this experience on anybody and I have heard so many similar stories. Please stay away from this awful business!!!!

Terrible. I paid for my treatment and they suddenly closed. I never got a refund either, this place is a total scam so many people have lost money from this place. When it was open.. You couldnt reach them ever, the phone lines were always busy or it rings until the line hangs up on you. The most Unprofessional place I've ever been to with Inexperienced staff. I should have ran once I read all the horrible reviews, but I decided to give it a chance I should have listened to my gut feeling now I've lost my money and will not be getting it back.

Place has closed due to fraud investigation. All these negative reviews mean something. RUN from this place. Do not look back!

Place has closed w/o warning. Customers offered no refund. No one ever called to cancel appointments. Manager filed bankrupcy AGAIN (Like in previous location). Don't ever buy any of their products or ever go to any of their locations. Hundred of customers were scammed and will never get their money back or treatments.

This is my first negative review and believe me I could go onand on about the SCAM the ower has done and is still doing.... Paid full price and got no Treatments at all and I will NOT go on and on about this place or the owener.... STAY AWAY and TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO GO...

Where to begin.Having purchased a one year, unlimited laser treatment, I wasn't expecting an outstanding service to begin with. I mean, you get what you pay for right? And by that, I was right, SO right that I regret even paying for it in the first place, and not taking the time to shop properly.Diamond Spa has the worst customer service, EVER. And by that, I mean that they always cancel your appointments with a different excuse each time (the technician was sick, the technician couldn't make it, our machine broke down, yadada etc etc). The worst part of it all? They get frustrated with you if you DARE ask for an explanation, and they are beyond "not reachable". Forget calling them, you have to go there in person to get an appointment.One time I came to my appointment 20 minutes early, and had to wait over 40 minutes my past scheduled time because.. well.. "one client took too long". When I had asked them why they didn't warn me earlier of this issue, they responded that they were too busy to do that in the ruuudest tone ever, and that it would take way too long to warn every client of the delay. My. Gosh.But let's be honest here, when you get there, the staff literally, just hangs out at the desk, with the occasional walk around the place in their mega high stilettos. Not that I have anything again high shoes, but it just proves that they aren't exactly "running around".Lastly, and this is my favorite part, they like selling you promotions, ALL-THE-TIME. It's like you can't even enjoy a treatment without them asking you if you want a manicure, pedicure, or whatever else they have in mind. Some guy at some point, even tried to sell a computer to my partner while he was waiting for me.. I mean, really? And if they do get to scam you into trying out their promotions? well, good luck with the rest of the appointments, I'm just saying, you ain't gonna be happy with it.So there you have it! A fun, relaxing way to lose hair and get stressed over a scamming-lying and unprofessional place called Diamond Spa. I'd like to add, that the fact that I have so much bad information to provide, which doesn't even cut most it, is pretty sad in itself. Avoid, and invest a little more for a more reputable place. TRUST ME, it will be worth it in the end.

You cannot get an appointment. No room on voicemail. Rude when you show up. They sell certificates and have no times.

I bought some couple massage for myself and a friend my boyfriend and I took an appointment when we went on our anniverssary the spa was closed i tried calling at multiple time did not get thru nobody called me back i wasted my money and never received any treatment they are still closed???? I canot get refunded then they promised me some free services in exchange we arrived for the couple massage there was one 1 masseuse for 2 people we had to wait forever OMG the worst way to relax ever!!!!!DO NOT GET SCAMED BEWARE

They closed their location at Dorion without any warning and it is impossible to get through on the phone. I got three treatments with no results so far... AVOID !
