This year, the ruin was closed in part. My husband was disappointed, as this was one of his favorite skiing experiences on our last visit several years ago. Talk about feeling the burn!Bragging rights for skiing the longest ski run on this continent. And the views are spectacular! Not to be missed, if it is open, and you have strong legs. I would not recommend for an inexperienced skier, or one new to the slopes.

i have always enjoyed skiing Peak to Creek, but it has been closed for the past two years our group has come here. This year is especially bad for rain. We are staying at Creekside and all you can see is grass and rock on that run, very disappointing. We went to the top where the run begins, looked like part of it was open, but didn't bother as the entire run is what makes it fun.Actually, this has been a terrible week at the resort. Rained three out of four days. Snow ok at very top, but heavy slushy at mid point to bottom. Franz was in bad shape on bottom half and Dave Murray also had brown rocky patches.

It is brilliant , However it is long . could be exhausting.Benches are provided at the side but only when you are near the end.

This 3.3 mile intermediate ski run is the longest in North America. I goes from the top of Whistler Peak Express lift to the bottom of the Creekside gondola. It is great fun when the weather is good. When the weather is not so good, it can be icy and the bottom part may even be closed.

I live in whistler and know peak to creek as a ski run from the top of whistler Peak chair to the bottom of whistler creekside. They you do it again or stop in at Dustys. It can be awesome however it has not been open this year so far to my knowledge.

Brilliant set of ski lifts taking you in stages right up to the top of the mountain and then across to the other peak. Fantastic views over Whistler and exciting thing to do. Bit expensive but you miss out on the essence of Whistler without doing this

Make sure you do this when you head to Whistler. My husband and I were hesitant on doing this based on the price. It's about $100-$110 for 2 adults. We have been to Whistler in the past and passed up on doing this because of the price. We went over Labour Day long weekend and finally did it! Definitely worth the money. The views are STUNNING! Take lots of pictures, dress warm and give yourself about 4 hours. Make sure you do the new Peak to Peak Gondola. We did the Gondola with the glass floor. I would just do the regular one if you don't want to wait in a longer line up. The scenery was so stunning, we barely looked down at the glass floor.

You must go all the way to the top. To get there you have to take a small hike, but well worth the serene views. Staff are so pleasant and helpful.

We drove from Vancouver to Whistler for a day trip. The drive is magnificent. When you get to Whistler be sure to get a ticket for the Peak 2 Peak Gondola ride. It is a beautiful way to spend about 10 minutes where you capture breath-taking views of the whole ski area. We were there in the summer (August) amidst a bad drought so there was a bit of a haze in the air due to dust and a lack of rain. Still we had fantastic views. I bet this is spectacular during the winter. We were lucky and caught a glimpse of a bear cub on one of the rides back down.
