      这个公园是加拿大看鲑鱼最好的地方。每年成群结队的鲑鱼都会回游到4年前的出生地产卵,随后就会死去。真的很壮观,是对生命的礼赞。

Went to see the salmon run in October. Lots of Sockeyes were spawning in the Adams River. Great to see one of natures wonders in person. The Guide at the park was very informative and was great in answering our questions. Very nice park, viewing area and trails next to the river. There is a $5. parking fee during the October salmon festival. The only disappointment was, seeing trash (coffee cups) left behind on the trails and bridge. Got to really wonder why these few folks (non thinking slobs) even bother to come at all.

This is a must-see for all British Columbians. Tremendous natural wonder that is thrilling for kids and adults alike. Be sure to read up a bit on the journey the salmon take to get here BEFORE you come to the park as that adds to the amazement.Come early in order to beat the crowds. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here. Also consider bringing rubber boots so you can walk along the shore.

You need to pay C$5 for parking. A Tepee was set up, a temporary souvenir shop was there and many food stalls were there so you won't go hungry. There were also many portable toilets, all with hand sanitizers. There were so many people there during the Thanksgiving weekend. It was a bit crowded but we still got to see the salmons. There were many trails and they are all easy to walk ones and you could also go down close to the river banks to have a closer look at the salmons. We enjoyed it.

The Adam river sockeye run was a sight to see. Millions of sockeye return to the river, 2014 being a dominant year. The crimson and olive sockeyes were fighting for their spot to spawn. The viewing platform recently built with interactive information was an added bonus to this trip. The food trucks sold quality food at reasonable price. The parking arrangements were well co-ordinated by volunteers. The trails very well maintained and well signed. We also happened to see a bear. The cottonwood trail to the mouth of the river where the salmons climbed the ladder was an amazing sight. We saw a fish spawn and the crimson red eggs. A trip worth every effort. A must do in one's lifetime.

The sockeye have travelled 485 kilometres from the pacific ocean taking 17 days to get here to give us a spectacular display of crimson and green that will blow you away. There are one million fish returning on a prominent year it`s a sight to behold. This run can attract predators like bears, eagles and seagulls but with the number of people in attendance they were no where in sight you would have to find a more secluded place down the trails to see those. They have set up food trucks and artisan tents with sockeye souvenirs, all of very high quality. I enjoyed watching the international tourists having such a good time and enjoying what they saw I think some could`nt believe the number of sockeye they were seeing (awesome). I hope everyone can experience this sight on a october visit.
