This lovely park includes miles of well-maintained trails for runners and walkers. It is very flat, with minimal elevation change. This makes it an easy run... and perfect for walkers across all age groups, from small children to the elderly. I have several times seen families with infants/children in strollers on these paths. This is not a strenuous path for those wanting a more challenging run with significant hills.I have always felt absolutely safe from early morning to late evening, but I would not advise running/walking here after dark. And though I have never personally witnessed them, friends have told me stories and there are reports of bear in this area. Please remember that these are wild animals and can be very dangerous.With those cautions...Whether you are solo, a couple or a group, Go and have Fun in Shoreline Park!
