Pity the walk is so short but being in the forest was magical, those giant cedars truly are beautiful and worth the stop.

Europeans! We don't get to see such magnificent trees in Europe. It is a must see for Europeans :-) Amazing place to experience huge forest.

Nice to walk through a forest on a boardwalk rather than uneven ground and know you're causing damage to the environment. Gives a good perspective of the size of the trees and the whole ecosystem including the under story. There are steps involved so not accessible to wheelchairs or prams. Otherwise fairly easy walk, not too long so any able bodied person could do it. It's also cool in there even if it's hot outside.

This is an amazing place for a short walk around some giants Cedars trees. There is a short trial that is taking no more than 20-30 minutes. Well worth to stop and walk. Great photo opportunities.Free parking

Clean parking lot with picnic tables, also clean washrooms available. The walk is short but nice. Feels like being in the rain forest a bit.

This is a quick 1 kilomter board walk through some giant cedars. Now, these cedars are definitely not giant cedars like you find in the California Red Wood forest, but none the less, they are big. Truthfully though, I think you will find some bigger at Enchanted Forest and Three Valley gap, mind you, the one at Enchanted is over 900 years old.Anyways, this is a great walk for the family, it is quick, easy and has ample parking. If you enjoy this one, you should also try Hemlock Grove board walk, it is only about 600 meters long, but still a nice walk too.Note: this is in a national park and a park pass is required.

This was a beautiful walk & a great stop for a picnic. The area is well maintained green and lush. Really enjoyed the boardwalk. Worth the stop.

We stopped here on our way from Kamloops to Banff and it was one of our best stops in Canada. The giant cedars are unique to this area. There is a boardwalk trail with some stairs but not taxing in any way. There are signs all along the trail, giving information and explaining what you are looking at. The only downside is this: the entrance/exit is on the north side of the highway - Transcanada 1 - and traffic moves very fast so it is kind of dicey to go in and out across traffic

Coming from Ontario, it was exciting and educating to see such beautiful and giant trees. There is lots of info along the way to make the walk interesting
