This is not your typical roadside fruit stand stop. It is a large modern building with a small market/coffee/food/art/craft store and an easy accessible large parking lot on Highway 3A just north of Keremeos. It is clean, friendly with indoor and outdoor sitting areas to relax and sip on coffee and/or have some light food. We only visited the store so I can not comment on the accommodation setup. I liked viewing the local art(always a plus in places like this) and found it to be a nice place to take a break or shop at.

I have driven Hwy 3 between Hope and Penticton countless times over the past 30 years and am so happy to finally have a place to stop for a good espresso and snack! I'll be a regular!

The place is new and the suites are self-contained, in terms of having a full kitchen, stocked cutlery and dishes, and a private bathroom. We stayed in one of the studio-suites. There was large patio doors and a large shared patio for all units on the west-side of the building.Both the owners and the staff members were very friendly and hospitable. They have a promo where if you stay at their accommodation, they will give you a $20/ night giftcard to use in their coffee shop/ fresh fruit shop. Everything is made in-house, and the coffee was very tasty! I would definitely come back again!

The young owners are working hard to provide more and more services. Right now it has comfortable rental accomodations ..the studio suites face the mountains and share a huge deck. Next year they'll add A/C. The coffee shop has espresso and a delicious coffee slushie. Good bakery and lots of locally sourced produce.
