We stayed at the cabins at this Park (The Forest View) in July 2014 and it was absolutely great. Nice and clean and incredible location --right by the water slides and minutes from the beach. The cabin was large enough for 3 families! A bit pricey but well worth it. Even has a gas bbq outside and a fire pit for marshmallow roasts. I highly recommend this rental to those travelling to Cultus Lake.

Not a long trail but a nice lake side walk and a chilly autumn swim were a perfect afternoons entertainment - what a beautiful place!

Visit Cultus Lake Park. We spent a day at the waterpark but the following day we only had an hour free to swim. Cultus Lake Park is just before the entrance to the waterpark on the right side of the road. There is a small hourly fee or if you want to spend the day it is a flat rate of $6.00. There is a playground and fully serviced washrooms along with a dock system to walk out on the water. The dock area is closed off from boaters and is for swimming only. Diving is allowed off two extensions running perpendicular to the beach or the farthest parallel walkway on the outer edge. There are ladders to ascend back to the dock level once you have jumped or dove into the water. The docks are made of wood and are slippery when wet so watch your step when you step off the ladder onto the deck - doing the splats is not comfortable - speaking from the experience. The lake bottom is pebbled so water shoes or sandals that can take a soaking are a good idea - save your feet if you are wading in or out! The park has an ample supply of beach area or shade with picnic tables. They also have a paddle boat & kayak rental for a nominal fee. The scenery is beautiful and the mountains surrounding the park seem to have their own weather system - all in all - astoundingly beautiful - loved it! Great for all ages.
