Unless you Really need to see sections of the wall, skip this. Any original graffiti is gone, replaced with a couple of high schoolish Chris+Don 4ever type crap. Located behind the animal sciences bldg.

Listed as one of Truro , Nova Scotia, attractions. Located in Bible Hill, but very difficult to find. No signage at all. If you can get to Dalhousie University, you are very close. This attraction is behind the Agricultural Campus , at #58 River Road just behind the Haley Institute of Animal Science and Aquaculture. Very stark and quite depressing. So I guess they succeeded in getting across the ugliness of the the wall. Maybe this is also why no one seems to be taking care of the site.To offset this, there is a very beautiful rock garden close by, to walk through. A good way to spend half an hour perusing numerous diverse flowers and plants.

We were going to check these out while on our stay in Truro and found out that they had moved from their previous location. They are now on the NS Agriculture Campus in Bible Hill (a suburb of Truro). They are in a little rock garden just off the Cobequid trail, it is a nice hike around the campus and the campus it self is worth checking out. But they stand their sullenly casting shadows, makes you think about their original meaning. Worth seeing.

The berlin wall sections are an excellent addition to the town. Unfortunately they are not well protected, looked after and they are not overly spoken about. Makes it hard to find them, and for those who are not looking for them actively. Definitely not a "stumble upon" attraction.

Amazing that something so historic has come to a little town like Truro. It used to be right in the town centre but with very poor surroundings - untended garden, concrete buildings either side etc... it has now moved to the college where I'm sure it has a more pleasant home, but just the little bit more difficult to get to if you don't know the area.

Actually I probably drive by these 3 - 4 times a week and now never look at them. I realize their history and signifigance but they just look so out of place. People coming into Truro and driving by must wonder what they are standing there for.

Firstly, there are no plaques stating that these outcroppings of broken wall are the Berlin wall. People dont even believe you when you tell them it is. They sit in an ugly part of town in an unkempt lot and do nothing but attract birds to sit on them and leave droppings. Not sure why Truro needs a section of this archaic wall, as a history buff I cannot even manage to understand it. At least they need to make something nicer out of the lot, and put a good stand or something there that discusses what it is and mostly WHY we have it in Truro.

It was rather awe inspiring to see the real panels from the Berlin wall in person.

It is nice to be able to show my son history in real life. You can see and touch the wall and it brings the thing to life. Nice grassy area around it to sit on in the summer.

The wall sections are downtown on the left side of Prince St., a one-way street. A private citizen placed them on a vacant lot and made it into a little park. It was our first time to see any of the wall, but we later saw another part of it in Maine.
