Very cool experience for adults and older kids. The games were fun and challenging. It's cool that this is so close to Toronto!

This adventure was on my bucket list for years, so happy to finally cross it off and have a great experience doing it. The staff were great, relaxed, friendly and very informative. I felt safe the entire time and felt very challenged in the course, it was way harder than expected but in a good way. We completed all the courses in approx 2 1/2 hours. We were never rushed or pushed along. This was a great experience and we will be back for more!!

At the BARRIE location, after e-mailing, calling multiple times for three days straight and leaving voice messages trying to reserve, I gave up and tried Stouffville. Significantly quicker response through e-mail. Couldn't get through the phone the first time, but got through half an hour later. Called about a week in advance.Went on a weekday reserving the very first climb at 10am after reading reviews of getting stuck behind other people. Website says first climb is 9:30am, but it should say 10am.Guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, with one guide posted right before the zipline of each course. My bf and I were pretty quick to finish courses (I didn't break a sweat the whole day and was slightly out of shape). For the most part, there was always a guide on the ground who told you where to go after, and looked out for unsafe activities (i.e. told someone who started climbing up the ladder BEFORE the first person was done climbing to get off). After the 3rd course (4 courses + 1 big zipline total), there wasn't enough guides to open the last and hardest course, so we had to wait about 30-40 minutes. Floor guide offered us a repeat climb on the 3 open courses. The guide at the first course had to wait for everyone to finish to open and supervise the hardest course. Hardest course opened, but it didn't seem that challenging to me. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to open up the zip line at the end. Not much scenery in Stouffville, but just being in the forest was nice.Recommendations for customers:1. Book on weekdays, earliest time (10am) if you can. I asked one of the guides when they're busiest; she said the afternoons, and weekends are packed.2. Bring a small backpack (we brought a rock climbing one) with bottled water and some granola bars. We never used it, but some people were extremely out of breath, thirsty and hungry. We also carried our back pack while climbing, but they have a hut at the site to leave your things, seemed relatively safe with the floor guide around.3. Wear GLOVES! I brought cycling gloves with open fingers, just palms are covered and it made a huge difference. The ones they sell for $2 are standard gardening gloves, but they're not tight.3. Wear longer shorts/pants and shirt. Harness causes pants and shirt to rise up. Tree Top Trekking: Really great experience. Amazing staff but you need more of them! That was the biggest issue. Site also needs some updating with inconsistent information given.
