Played this week with 8 good golfers, non were members but we all loved the layout. Hilly and a few blind holes but overall good conditions with mostly 2 year old bent grass greens. Had a good breakfast before we went out and a beer after in a nice country clubhouse with super friendly staff. Amongst Ottawa's public layouts this one has to rate right up there. Fees of $40 including cart were a steal for this quality of a course. New highway being built on way up with some lengthy waits so allow more than the hour it would normally take from downtown Ottawa. A real fun track, worth the trip.

Built in the 1930s and refurbished and expanded over the last 10-15 years, RGC sports rolling fairways with challenging pin placements. I first played this course in the mid-late 1980s and haven't played it since the late 1990s. My family has been playing this course since it opened. Looking forward to a return.

Staying in Kanata, I had a decent drive out to Renfrew, but it was a great drive for me. I got to the course and a few winding roads, quite a tranquil setting, and I arrive at the course.Quite a challenging layout, plentiful with hazards and bunkers, and this particular day, the pin placements were "sadistic". Tempting to go for, but usually having to go over a bunker and the pins were at the front third, or the rear third.The scenery and the course layout were absolutely top-notch, I highly recommend this course for any golfers.

Been a member for many years. Golf course is beautiful, as well as challenging. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Love this course.

This place is beautiful, affordable and has great food. BUT be very careful with the manager, he is very unorganized, And will over charge you. We bought drink ticket for our gueast, and the bar stoped accepting them at 12, when last call in 2am, and the golf course wont refund our money for almost 100 tickets un used. I highly recommend you dont pay the full balance till after the event, i wish we did this.

A wonderful day on the golf course. This was the second time I've played the course and I think it was in better condition than when I played it 2 years ago. Nice open fairways, but you better know your club distances. There are lots of bunkers around the green and dead ground in some of the fairways. Both a great course and a great experience.

The food is wonderful. Although I am not a member, I golf there weekly with the womens recreation league. The staff in the pro shop are both helpful and friendly. The same can be said about the restaurant staff.

One of the best in the areas. My whole family are members at this golf course. Ive never heard any complaints.
