Went for a late dinner at 7:00pm on sunday of long weekend and the place was a ghost town. We sat at the dirty table but I asked the waitress to clean the table and she barely cleaned it. We ordered lemon waters and our lemons where the ends of the lemon literally. We ordered deep fried pickles and she served them with ceasar dressing instead of the usual ranch dresiing. So at this point we are one of two tables in at this time. Then another couple comes in and sits at the bar. We glanced around and our waitress is nowhere to be seen, but we could see her hanging out in the kitchen playing around with the cook/ kitchen help. All of a sudden an order comes out and it's not ours but the couple that came in last. The waitress proceeds to bring their food out but comes over to our table to assure us our food is coming and walks away. Finally our food came out oh about 10 minutes after the couple from the bar that came in after us. So she brought our food over and dropped it off but forgot cutlery. Then we had to call her over because she forgot sour cream on the perogys. At this point we are still only one of three tables with 2 waitresses on duty. The perogies looked raw. The dough was shiny and very raw looking however they were browned on each side and very hot. My daughter ate them because she was starved. I would have sent them back. My poutine was drowning in gravy and our chicken wings were perfect as usual except we were given enough celery and carrots for at least 3/4 orders of wings. I say this because we are regulars and are aware if how much they usually give. This was probably the worst experience I have had here. I can't image what it would have been like if they were busy like they usually are. I will definitely be calling to complain as well. The server needs to step up her game a lot.
