We go to the Grand on a regular basis and love it normally for the professionalism and standard of quality from it's performers that is offered to us.Last nights performance at the Grand Theater by the Elvis impersonator was at best poor. The poor performance did not live up to the Grands performance standards. There was no luster in the performance or attire and the performers singing was pitchy and out of tune. The musicians and singers were really talented but it looked like they were performing at a high school auditorium - no coordination in attire and the stage lacked in any atmosphere.We brought friends there to enjoy Elvis and we were totally embarrassed with the Grand Show.It especially got bad when a drunk or misguided older woman from the audience lied down on the stage and acted like an elderly Gypsy Rose Lee - she should have been removed from the Theatre.We love the Grand but the standards slipped with this performance way below what we expect and enjoy.

The tradition of this great theatre has been preserved with excellent additions to accommodate traffic flow and before show appetizers and drinks. The theatre is located in downtown London near buses and parking. There are many good restaurants nearby.

We typically see 2-3 shows per year at the Grand. They are always well performed. We've never had a bad seat ever....all seats are good. Our most recent show was Blue Suede Shoes and Roy was an amazing Elvis. Great vocals, dancing and overall, entertainment. We have tickets to see Shrek in December 2014 and we're looking forward to it.

Attended a tour during Doors Open London. I had a really good time learning about the history of the theater. I had the chance to see the different parts of the theater, including dressing room, back stage, resting room, places where props and clothes are made. I was also shown the collections of accessories, clothes and props. It is really a eye opener. I'm not sure if there is any tour at other times, but definitely a must go during Doors Open London.

As a London native who was involved in theatre growing up I can say that The Grand is a definite must-see as a part of London's quaint culture. The line-up of shows range from classic plays to musicals to comedy show. The house itself if beautiful and seating is great regardless of where you sit. Originally a vaudeville house, The Grand Theatre has an rich past in London culture with a bit of a ghost story behind it. If you are passing by for business or back-packing a visit would be a unique and enriching cultural experience. As a plus, the location is great situated right on Richmond Row amount many additional speciality shops, cafes and restaurants.

Consistently fantastic shows in a classic venue for a reasonable cost. Always something on the go, be it with an annual subscription or individual events. Lastly, an extremely flexible and cooperative ticket exchange program for subscription holders. Well worth the money.

Great place and local productions are often a real find. Parking is sketchy at best .. expect a long walk and to pay dearly for it. Not enough bathrooms for women (as always) ... buying a subscription is a great way to get cheap tickets.

This was a concert at The Grand.Beautiful old theatre - gorgeous ceiling and no bad seats in the house. Nice bar upstairs - stairs as well as an elevator to the second level. Very friendly volunteers.Mesha was her usual brilliant self. Loved her presentation,

As a season ticket holder, I am always amazed at the various plays produced that bring so much enjoyment. There have been plays that I have disliked the characters for what they portray which proves that the actors are doing their job! The interior of the theatre is a marvel and with the upgrades that have been done, enrich the viewing experience. This theatre offers something for everyone - main stage as well as the McManus (downstairs); I have been to both with friends and children - everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the children as they were always finding something to talk about. There are ticket prices for everyone, so do come for a day or evening of pleasure and enhancement.

On a recent trip to London we went to see 'God is a Scottish Drag Queen'. Very funny and enjoyable night.
