Giving this spa a 10 just wouldn't do it justice. I am giving it a 100% on everything. I loved every moment spent on this beautiful 500 acre land. From the moment I stepped foot in the reception area to the moment I left I felt welcomed and was treated with the best customer service anyone could ask for.

While it certainly sounds like you make the most of your winter visits, you really do need to at least try the grotto hot tub in the winter – it is so beautiful to relax in the water while the snow falls around you. Now the cold plunge, while very beneficial, does take a little extra nerve!
