If you're looking for exercise, fresh air, some sunshine (weather permitting) and to not be run over by cars this is the place. The trail is more or less as straight as an arrow and very flat. This trail isn't for the BMX'er. My wife and I went together and were able to ride side by side 95% of the time, quiet enough to carry on a conversation. You could even use a bike speaker and listen to music. One small Con. The closest GOOD entrance from Windsor is at #8, so getting there from Windsor may need a special trip when you have the time.Also, take it slow at the gates between roads, bring those rear view mirrors in.
