The Zip lines and the scenic views up in those mountains, is amazing. The staff is very focus with the security of the participants. Our tour guides Darwin and Yeriel are excellent and clearly give precise instructions to follow for the total enjoyment of these attractions.

It was totally amazing. The staff and our transportation Toro Verde Transportation (JERRY) treated you like family and most of all SAFETY FIRST. I have to disagree with Marissa C comment. The staff spoke ENGLISH. My husband experienced chest pain on the last Zip Line. The staff and Jerry from Toro Verde Transportation made us feel like we were family members who were sick. The ambulance driver and his partner kept me well informed and not to worry. Toro Verde Transportation (Jerry) kept calling to see how my husband was. Jerry was always there and stated not to worry. He gave us food and water to take with us. He even picked us up and brought us to the Hotel. We will be returning to Toro Verde Zipline to do the Superman. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Igleias

Toro Verde is in the middle of Puerto Rico and the setting is amazing! However, the employees of Toro Verde weren't very helpful or friendly. We chose the option where we were picked up in Old San Juan. We arrived at the meeting location 10 minutes before we were instructed to be there and we waited and we waited and we waited. Finally, we called the Toro Verde office who called the driver and we found out the driver was running behind by about an hour. As a courtesy, the driver or the company should have called us when they knew they would be late.We drove into the middle of Puerto Rico and went on some very windy roads but we finally made it! After getting outfitted with the gear and a helmet, we waited through a safety briefing. One thing that annoyed me is that the guide gave the safety briefing in Spanish first and then English. When he was giving the briefing in Spanish, we were all quiet so that the Spanish speakers could understand. When he started giving the briefing in English, a whole group of Spanish speaking people standing right next to us were talking loudly and laughing and we couldn’t hear the safety briefing. I finally turned to them and “shhh” ed them. But that’s something the guide should have done…he should have asked them to be quiet so that we could hear and understand. I was annoyed because I had never been ziplining before and the part of the safety briefing that I missed was about what to do if you get stuck on the line. Which would be good information to know. After the safety briefing, we were off on our zipline adventure! The course had 8 ziplines and they progressively got longer and higher. The last one was about 3500 feet across and had a height of 400 feet. After we did the ziplines, we tackled the Beast. The Beast is almost 5000 feet across. To travel on the Beast, you wear a full body harness. On the day we were there, most of our group got stuck on The Beast. There was just a little bit of wind and that slowed everyone down. After the Beast, we were driven back to the main office and had our lunch while enjoying the view! Then our driver (Gilbert) drove us back to San Juan. All in all, the setting was beautiful and the ziplines were amazing but the employees weren't helpful or friendly. In the tourism industry, I expect employees to be helpful and friendly but Toro Verde's employees weren't so I have to take off a couple of points for that. Pros:The world’s longest zipline. The scenery from Toro Verde is beautiful. The driver was willing to make a stop to get beer and drinks on our drive back to OSJ.Cons:The driver picked us up almost 45 minutes after the time we were told to meet. He should have called us and told us that he was running late. The guides should take more control of the group when giving the safety briefing.Once we were at Toro Verde, it was a little disorganized and we kind of stood around in a group for a bit before receiving any instructions.

The drive up takes you on a winding road that rests at the top of a beautiful mountainous area. The scene is gorgeous! We did the 8 zip lines plus the Bestia. Staff was very helpful but not overly friendly. We did a zip line on a different island last year and really enjoyed having two guides travel with us from platform to platform. That would be my only suggestion for this operation. Great lines, height and speed. Soooooooooooo fun!

I wasn't too sure what to expect upon our arrival at Toroverde. After driving up a mountain with a lot of twists and turns we arrived to a very nice building with an amazing view. The staff checked us in and put our harnesses on within 10 minutes. The guides made everyone laugh and have a great time. This is zip-lining tour is MUST if you are in Puerto Rico!

The Toro Verde ziplines are awesome, we had a great time... Everyone in the staff was very attentive and helpful... this is a one-of-a-kind experience... I've done ziplines in Costa Rica before and I can say Toro Verde is as good or better!!!

WOW! I love it! It was one of the best experience we ever had with my wife! 8 ziplines + La Besta ... that's something! Person (Jerry) who pick up groups from San Juan area was one of the best Tour Guide we ever met. Stuff at the ziplines was amazing! Guys we love you! Thank you for the experience! We definitely will come back!

i usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to after he did such a great job. Antonio contacted us before picking us up in front of our hostel right on time. He made the trip to the zip line fun, we learned lot about Puerto Rico just from the ride. He also went well above and beyond, letting us know exactly where to go and what to do for the rest of our trip. He sent us a detailed map, and even checked in on us in case we needed help! Really cool guy, ask for him by name, definitely recommend him!

Toro Verde has long ziplines, lovely views and the beast is one of a kind experience. Don't miss eating at the restaurant excellent food. The staff at the desk were friendly and helped through the process. There is no reservation system for time it is first come first serve basis. The guides/operators are stationed at each station and we walk along to each starting point leaving the guide/operator behind. I found this method a little strange and didn't really know how to tip them in the end. The day we were there due to wind conditions (found this in the very end) almost everyone got stuck in the lines. Once you are stuck you need to pull yourself to the end and at times the operator on the receiving end comes to you but they usually wait for a long time for you to try and get yourself out. Understood it is hard on their upper bodies not only to pull themselves but to pull you too, but the company could warn you upfront that there is a good possibility of getting stuck and give you the option to come another day. Everyone we saw that day got stuck in The beast as well! what an experience stopped right in the middle of the valley hanging upside down, this line you couldn't pull yourself out someone comes and ask you to either hold a rope or their feet and they pull you out. Ending up needing to manually pull myself out of almost every line took the enjoyment of ziplining it felt like an upper body boot camp!

Day trip with 15 people. We all did the combo package (zip line + the beast). We all had the best time ever! The guides were very professional and very nice. The restaurant at top of the high in the end of the tour was the cherry on top after an amazing day! A must do!
