The park offers several attractions, including horseback riding on a gorgeous seaside and woodland ecotrail, a traditional farm with crops and animals, a Cuban rodeo, fishing and a small zoo. There is also a super outdoor restaurant at at the farm. The horseback riding was accompanied by an excellent guide (Orlanda Nuez) who speaks very good French and English and was a font of fascinating information, as well as being a great guy. The tour of the farm was really interesting, with the resident farmer Osbaldo offering explanations of the crops. We saw pigs, ducks, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, pheasants and the iguana which lives under the patio. The end of our morning was spent having a delicious lunch in the covered patio - fresh tomatoes and cucumber salad, congris rice and beans, hot banana chips, big pieces of fried chicken, guava dessert and traditionally ground and brewed espresso. The family group near us had ordered a pork loin, which looked marvelous. All-in-all, lots of fun for a half-day trip and could certainly take up a whole day if all the attractions were visited. Bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. The reception area sold bottled water and other drinks, and ice cream.
