It is nice for the kids and has many swings which are safe for the kids to play on them. Excellent staff members and nice place for the family to enjoy together

Was quite skeptical with many negative reviews and even more worried after not seeing a single hoarding or direction marker on my drive from panchkula, but google maps found it spot on.This place is a must do if u have kids in the group.To be honest it is not comparable to the water parks abroad but for a day in chandigarh it does very very well.It was not crowded even for a long weekend and the gentry was ok without riff raff.The rides are good both dry n wet sides. The attenders are disinterested but do their job and are not negative. I would be too with the monotonous nature of it!The restaurant is ok and reasonably priced.To cut a long story short , with 3 kids in our group it was a great time and we spent time from 12 pm to 6:30 pm there.Must do it if u have the time.Tips: 1. Take your own swimming costumes, even though u can hire it there for 30-60 bucks.2. Take some packed food/drink along to suit ur taste.3. U have lockers for safe keeping again on rental.4. Sun screen would be good idea!Have fun

The staff seems to be iliterate and non-cooperating behaviour. The toilets are very dirty and smelly. The water park is very small.The water was very dirty. The amusement park rides are not working properly. I dont understand why people spend too much money and moreover wastage of time. The management must think if you spend money once on the park you can earn money from the people but you must require new additions and properly maintain your park and educate your staff too.

The place has got a lot of hype throughout the city, so we thought we will try it. A group of us 4-5 people went to the place, taking time out of our busy schedule. We got there in around 40-45 minutes (the road isn't wide enough), but the place was pretty huge. It had a lethargic ambiance to it. It was like everything was in slow motion. We went on a good weather day so as to avoid the heat, but the place was still slow. Moreover, the service was pathetic, to say the least. There were things being shouted through the counter. The water park, that had been sold so much through advertisements, did not even come close to living up to its expectations. The rides were for children. Apart from the water, there was nothing to intrigue a crowd who are past their teenage. We all felt it would have been better had we chosen another place to spend our money and time.

When I came to chandigarh I had heard about fun city and thunderzone, though I had heard about them from my friends but before I made my opinion I wanted to see for myself and it seems my friends were not wrong,it all started on wrong foot,the ticket sellers weren't even happy to see customers, the park overall was littered with no attempt to clean it, bushes were overgrown. Water park was small and water wasn't that clean too, the amusement park I thought was somewhat better but all the rides weren't working so again it piled on to my disappointment and I had to return home, and it took me not more than half a day to complete it.

thunderzone is one of the best available resource if you have plans for visiting a holiday spot with water activities.the water rides are too good specially the wave pool, the rides are also appreciative, my kids enjoyed a lot.They also have a food joint where in you can have your stomach full once you have enjoyed the rides. Mr Kuldeep singh Bedi made sure that the visit would be a memorable one the hospitality was extensive and at par with the best in town.Must visit place for some one who is looking for some fun with family especially in water.

thunder zone though a big place but has nothing that can make you admire the property.especially the water park are, its really terrible, water is not clean, infact i found some insects in it, place all over is dull and not at all clean, there are more than required number of security guards in water park, and they keep following you and guiding your moves again & again it makes you feel as you are out on a school trip, i mean water is not at all deep, still, they keep on whistling & shouting, dont go here, do do this, sit like that, stand here.....its just terrible...and resturant ..dont even try it ..its pathetic. newly built banquet is pretty cool..but dont eat anything....overall its not worth spending there

Visited this place with my family in unbearable Indian summers in June and found it just ok, Best attraction was Rain dance and non stop melodious Punjabi songs to dance on..This Place got good number of Water and Amusement activities but sadly management, team members and equipment's are below average. People were fighting like dogs for Water tubes, There were minor accidents in water slide every then and now and staff was hopeless in managing that. Lockers/washrooms were in shabby condition.I found staff in amusement park is much better and friendly as compared to water park. Biggest NO is food. it was worse food i ever had in my life. Would say a road side thella that would hardly cost rs. 20 would have 100 times better food than Thunderzone food-court. I expressed this well to manager and he didn't give any reply and started attending other customers.In a short note, Dun expect much from this place and have your food from outside. It not that bad if you just stay conscious and follow the rule that "your safety is in your hands"

i love to visit thunder zone . and my every visit was like day full of fun joy and this is best place to enjoy with family. there is something for all age groups . kids adults aged all can enjoy the swings . besides this fun and activity boating give a pleasant experience . me my si,s niece and mother we all love this place .

One of the best amusement park I have ever been too. Amazing..spacious. .clean...organised. .and lots of staff at hand..staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Park was clean and safe for kids . There were numerous rides to choose from. Food was great. We went there quite early just as the place opened and stayed there for entire day...which wasn't enough. My daughter spent the entire day in water rides ..and slept really good afterwards. Excellent place to take your family these summers.
