the guides were amazing, funny and smart. We did zip lining and white water rafting and we will be back!!!! The guides were knowledgeable and paid lots of attention to detail regarding our safety. All had great personalities and kept us laughing!!! Highly recommend ADR. We will be back!!! :)) We loved William from our zip lining and Saoul from zip lining!!! Two thumbs up!!!

This was my family's favorite excursion- lots of adventure and the crew was so much fun. It was impossible not to smile and enjoy. Great for the adventure hungry yet always felt safe.

Had a blast, would definitely do it again! Beautiful scenery. Good staff, seemed patient with a number of us newbies in our group. Safety seemed a high priority, which is good.A little more zip line time would be great, could it be done as the last activity instead of hiking down the creek to the equipment hut?

We had the opportunity to visit ADR adventure park. Its a truly safe and exhilarating experience. World class ziplines, swings perched in some of the most beautiful waterfalls and forest on the planet. I did a small travel video from our trip and ADR clips are in it :https://vimeo.com/121099472100% recommend.

Please take into consideration our story and do not put your life or your families life in jeopardy. My family went on a zip line trip with ADR on Jan 1 2014 and had a horrible accident caused by a guide who did not set the brake. My daughter ended up with a broken neck, lost spleen, broken ankle ,and broken shoulder. I had a 8 broken ribs, broken shoulder , and a collapsed lung. Because this accident occured in Costa Rica we will most likely never get a dime from this company. I pray my daughter never has issues as she grows older.I am now turning my attention to warn other American travelors of the unregulated action adventures that occur in Costa Rica. It is NOT THE US FOLKS and things are not regulated like they are at home. This place had no plan to get us out of the jungle and it took 8 hours to get us to a 3rd world hospital. My daughter almost bled to death. They did not even have a first aid kit on the zip course. No backboard, no nothing. Head my warning DO NOT GO!

We did a rafting trip. Trip was pretty mild, but they are the best tour group in MA. They are a very fun group!

This was one of the most exhilarating things I have ever done. If you are not an adventure seeker, I still recommend this trip because it will MAKE you an adventure seeker. We hiked all the way to our event after being transported in a vehicle to the general area. It's about a five minute hike to the waterfall, where you will immediately be told to start your first event. A man is following along with you to take pictures, and will advise you to "pretend your having fun". The people working here are funny, their english(in general) is good, and they make sure you have an amazing and safe time. The first thing they do is tell you to wade into the water by a waterfall and jump off of a rock into the water. Being the first thing they tell you to do, you might think they are crazy- but don't be! It's fun. You're consistently clipped in at all times, so you don't need to worry about flying, and we had two people who had a fear of heights in our groups that had a perfectly good time. I definitely recommend this to anyone, as the guides are super nice and funny, and the events are what I can imagine as the best in the Manuel Antonio region.

The ADR adventure park was a good amount of fun, but be prepared to do a lot of waiting with your group. There are a host of activities and the zipline into the cave with a drop into water was the highlight of our trip. Also, the tour guides were great and very helpful in settling the nerves of everyone on the tour. (its really not that scary) The food at the end of the trip was also excellent. Only other negative was they had advised you not to bring a camera because they were afraid you might wreck it. This really just seemed like a scam to us as they tried to sell you the pictures they took later for an additional $35. My suggestion would be to just add a little onto the original price and give everyone their pictures.

My family and I had the privilege of being led with the most amazing guides on our adventure. In addition to the experiences of zip lining , rappelling, and swimming pools of fresh water fed by the mountains we were also treated to a description of the flora and fauna of the jungle. We were taught how to survive in the wilderness by making a fire, gathering water and plants to eat. Most important however was the lesson we were taught about the people of Costa Rica. During our tour, I lost my wedding ring in one of the waterfall pools. I was disheartened but we continued on thinking I would never see it again. One of our guides Érlyn, took the time the next day to search the pool on his own time. Once he did find it he walked miles around the area until he located us to return the ring. An amazing turn of luck due to the persistence and warm concern for complete strangers shown by Érlyn. We will forever remember this kind gesture and look forward to returning some day. Érlyn is an example of the beauty of tis country. Human nature wins again! Thank you Érlyn!! This is a must experience on your visit and ask for Eryln to be your guide!
