位于卢克索西岸，门票30埃镑，可以先1块坐公共渡轮到西岸，再出租车或小巴到达。需要先到售票处购买门票而不是在神庙门口购买。离售票处不远，步行即可到达，lonely planet说这是被低估的一座神庙，同意此看法，这里游客较少，可以慢慢欣赏精美的壁画。

Although not as well known as Luxor or Karnak Temples, this one is the most complete. Often overlooked by tourists it deserves its rank on Tripadvisor as the premier temple to visit.The carvings,hieroglyphs and artwork are exceptional and if you can get up early enough to be there as it opens at 6.00am you will most likely be able to walk round quite literally on your own. Give it a go and you won't be dissapointed

Visited here on our Nile cruise itinarary as an alternative to Edfu which was off the books due to security concerns. This temple was a real treat. It is fairly well preserved and still has some of the original brightly coloured carvings in place. Definitely worth including on a tour of ancient Egyptian sites.

Amazing little temple and my favourite in Luxor! simply because of the detail and how well preserved it is. only takes 10-15 minutes to explore but it will take your breath away.

Medinet Habu is known to many, but usually Nile cruise clients do not have time to see it, although it is one of the very few temples in Egypt that still have the original colors on its walls. However the most beautiful scene here has unfortunately lost its colors.It is on the back, and you can see it only in the afternoons after the sun turns.Beautiful scene.Enjoy.

This a temple definitely worth the trip to see! What is especially interesting are the 3D hieroglyphs along the back wall to the left of the temple. When you are looking at them turn to your right head straight to the wall and look for his private bathroom and shower as well as his throne pedestal!

this is not a high profile place but a bit relaxed and within village areas, so you can see village life and people working on stone and doing local work. There is shop nearby which sells artifacts but you have to bargain to 50% as they always tell business is bad, which is partially true, but they have big margin. Temple is good and photogenic and if you like. History, must visit

Most tour companies do not include this site in their standard itinerary. Personally, I find that to be a great mistake as this is one of the best preserved funerary temples. When in Luxor I stay at the hotel across the road (Habu Hotel) and am enthralled by the view of the temple both day and night. I haven't been inside for a few years and decided it was time to visit again. What makes this temple rather unusual are the deep carvings on the walls and the depicting of the piles of hands cut from the foe killed in Ramses III famous battle. Once you have taken your tour go across the road to to Habu Hotel and sit in the shade for a cup of tea, coffee, water, soda, etc. Ask for Mohamed or Resha (same guy) and say hi for me (Sara). He can also cook a snack or lunch and he is a GREAT cook.

We visited this Temple as part of a days sightseeing. The carvings on the colonnades at the Temple of Medinat Habu were so impressive we were glad we included this in our itinerary. if you have a chance to go there please do.

I' m a bit reluctant to rave about this temple too much as it's a place where a lot of the organised tours don't go and I'd hate to encourage them to go, risking it getting as crowded as some of the other more popular ones! It was the last temple we visited on a day trip from our boat, the Al Jamila, we had a taxi driver from there who took us to this last on our trip that day. He certainly saved the best till last!It was only about £4 entrance fee, We were shown around by a temple 'guard' who was so knowledgeable about the place. He took us into a room which had a gate on it to stop people wandering in and we saw the most complete and colourful hieroglyphics of our whole trip! And we were the only people in that room! He also took us to show us some wall carvings round the back of the main temple, which we would never have seen. The colours and details at this temple are the best we have seen. Awesome!Don't be afraid of letting the guides show you around, for a few Egyptian pounds, you will learn more than you can imagine. You'll see things the guided tours don't know about!We also loved the village where the temple is, with it's quaint little cafés and houses and the scenery around there is terrific.
