I used this tour company recently for a day trip to Alexandria prior to my 2 week tour through another company in Egypt. They were amazing! The communication prior to my trip was efficient and the driver was at my hotel on time. The two of us were picked up in Cairo at our hotel in a private car and driven to Alexandria where we met up with our tour guide. Both he and the driver were professional and polite and accommodating. We really decided what to see, when and for how long. I do not think you can go wrong with this company for any tour in Egypt.
