Bad or not, your joke made us laugh so thank you for the humor! We also have to thank you for leaving us such a kind and thorough review. It almost renders us speechless. Mainly, we want to take this opportunity to say we're so happy you enjoyed your visit but we'd also like to thank you for helping us to better explain some of the ways we're set up, i.e. the Tea Room (and we hope to see pelmeni available one day, too - our mouth waters just thinking about it) and our galleries. We can't wait for the iPads to be available to visitors and hope you'll have the chance to visit again and see them for yourself. If we're lucky, we'll get to meet your friends and family, too. We're so happy you enjoyed your visit and thank you for the review! The photographs of Siberia are truly breathtaking, aren't they? The lands literally seemed endless and we love how the photographers were able to capture that in the "Siberia & the American West" section. With your travels to Russia and viewing of the film it's great to hear your experience was engaging and we look forward to your next visit!

We're happy you enjoyed your visit and thank you for leaving us a review! You're right, the Keurig isn't ideal (especially when compared to those samovars!) but during this time, when resources only allow the Tea Room to be run as a self-serve, honor system, we hope our visitors enjoy the opportunity to sit and reflect or recharge after their visit. We also hope you enjoyed the Kusmi Teas available. The company's back story is pretty interesting and we get a kick out of their Russian-inspired blends. But it's really nice to hear your comments about the staff and our collection - we want nothing more than for you to enjoy your experience. It's great to hear you were able to jump on one of Norman's tours. As you experienced, he has a wealth of knowledge to offer our visitors! It's great to hear you were able to visit on Free Fun Friday! We love being a part of it and really commend the Highland Street Foundation for what they do, especially with this program. We hope you had the chance to try some of the delicious kettle corn outside (it knocked our socks off and we will forever hold all other kettle corns to this treat's standard!). We, too, noticed the kids were engaged but not as much as last year. Maybe it was all that kettle corn? Who knows?! But it gave us some future ideas, i.e. spreading our hands-on activities throughout the galleries, etc. We'll just need to work out the possibility of this with our limited gallery space but, all-in-all, a welcomed challenge. Well, again it was great to have you visit! And thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Hopefully, we'll see you again.
