Look forward to summer and taking my 2 daughters there again! We have made it a tradition to visit every summer. Its also neat to be able to see our house from up there. The view of the city is the only way to view the city...from up here in lovely Cascade and the North Pole.

This was a nice little stop on our way to Pike's Peak. It's an amusement park geared toward your children. We stopped and browsed the gift shop which was not very impressive. For a place called the North Pole, one would expect lots of Christmas stuff but it was just a bunch of everyday trinkets.

I went as a child and took my children for many years. It is a fabulous family friendly place. You can take your food in, you use a tab system instead of money and pay when you leave. It is rarely crowded, the rides are fun, the shops are interesting, Santa is the "real deal" and you can stay as long as you want!

Something for everybody. Rides ranged from small cars for small children to a zip line for bigger kids (no matter your age, you feel like a kid when you enter). Rest rooms strategically placed for when a child says "I gotta go, now". The train ride was enjoyed by the whole family. There is a lot of walking up and down hills, wear comfortable shoes. A good all day outing for the family, rides are included in the admission price. We spent four hours there and did not get to see everything. Check online, there a discount coupons available.

We took our four year old Granddaughter to the North Pole in the middle of September. She had the park to herself. The attendants made her feel like a princess. Santa gave her lots of time. She could ride every there except for the zip line. She had so much fun we went again two day later.

We took our daughter and grandchildren, 2 & 4, to North Pole Home of Santa's Workshop. We all had a wonderful time. The staff is terrific and ride safety was a priority. Prices are reasonable, especially using the buy one get one 1/2 off admission. In addition, 60+ and under 2 are free. The admission price includes everything in the park except concessions and gift shops, which are sensibly priced. We arrived at the 10 a.m. opening time, fully expecting to leave by 2 p.m. for the children’s nap time. Everyone had so much fun, we stayed past 4 p.m. Of course, Santa is the BEST! A hint: if you arrive at opening, move past the rides and go directly to Santa’s House. We didn’t have a line early; however, Santa’s house had a long line later in the day. Our previous visit to the North Pole was 30 years ago when we took our daughter and it is still a magical and memorable place for the entire family, young and old.

We didn't go with kids, but this is a great place for families. My friend sent a letter from the North Pole to her grandson from Santa. Great affordable shopping for Christmas items and even Hanukkah items. There are rides for the kids and there is even a Santa.

The park is staffed with the nicest people and Santa is the best. If you are looking for an electric Disneyland experience, this is not the place. It has been around for a long time and it looks like it. These are old time rides and attractions and my 2 year old grandson loved every minute of it. He was big enough to ride everything he wanted to and that saves the "not tall enough" disappointment. The concessions and gift shops are down right cheap. There was no lines even though the parking lot was full. Many of the staff are older people who are just great with the kids. Highly recommend.

We went to Santa's workshop the day before Thanksgiving. It was cold but sunny. All the rides were open and the kids had a great time. The little ones got to see Santa and sit on his lap. I would recommend this place any time of the year the price is good and there is a lot to do and see. They will let you take in your own food. But their food is reasonably priced. The downside was we had to eat out in the cold by a propane heater for lunch. Not a lot of inside space for a meal.

We took our son to the North Pole Santas Workshop on our way up Pikes Peak. Thinking it was just a gift shop with Santa and elves. When we arrived there we figured out it was something else entirely. Promising our son we would go we decided to check it out anyways. I did manage to find a coupon for 3 dollars off from the North Pole website. Even with that it came out to be 54 dollars for some carnival amusement rides. I don't think that it is fair to charge the adults 21 dollars per person in order to go in and watch your children have fun. To me that seems like a rip off. The only redeeming quality to me is that my son had a really good time and went on every ride.
