Four of us used Black Canyon Anglers. Ben Olson runs a top notch operation. As recommended we stayed in the cabins near the lodge. Made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. Great dinner the evening before our one day float trip. The Black Canyon lived up to the hype. Rugged, beautiful and great fishing. Our group of four caught 13 trout - all brown except for one rainbow. Lots more bites (we haven't fly fished too many times). The guides were terrific -Jacob and Angus - and were extremely patient and helpful. We'll be back next year. You cannot go wrong with Black Canyon Anglers.

The guys at Black Canyon Anglers are the Real Deal. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about fishing and especially fishing on the Gunni (Gunnison River).The lodging facilities are wonderful and the lodge dining is done with a farm to table style meal. Great food and great people, oh yea, and the fish are really big around there.
