Ice looked and skated well, Upkeep could have been better. Rental skates needed sharpening. Rest rooms needed to be updated and cleaned more often . Snack bar was clean and had a good variety of food.

Had my son's birthday party there and it was a lot of fun and most importantly not too crowded even on a Saturday afternoon. Could have used a bit more assistance in terms of party hosting but the manager who set up the party was very organized and friendly.

The food at the pond is sooo good. The prices are a little high but when you get your food you realize its worth it.Teriaki chicken on anything she has is amazing!

We purchased a Living Social voucher for BOGO admission and skate rentals. So $20 for 3 of us with skate rentals seemed like a great deal! The rink is nice and has plenty of seating around it. They have a snack stand, it was not open when we were there. They also have soda and snack machines. They have walkers for kids under 48 inches, so the smaller skaters can zoom around safely and have more fun! We had a good time for 3 non-ice skaters! An hour was plenty of time for us having no experience we were hurting after 30 mins but for people looking for a place to skate for hours this might not be it. The public skating session was only 2 hours long.

My son recently had a tournament at the Pond Ice Arena. It was an OK rink, but it was little dirty and it was set up oddly. The sitting area was next to the snack shop and was literally right on top of it. The snack shop had good food and my son said the ice was done properly. He was on a B team and was in a B tournament and unfortunately the rink added A teams to the tournament. His team got killed! It was not a terrible rink, though.

Good skating place and the training staff is very nice - my son learnt quickly but one of the co-ordinators isn't very responsive.

Hockey is hockey, and it is always great, but beware tournaments here. It is dingy and worn. Clean is not a word I would use to describe the rest rooms nor locker rooms.
