i live near downtown rochester and i always enjoy walking down to explore the great town. there is many fun things to do there if your a adult or kid. if your a adult you could drink and have fun . if your a kid you could go to skyzone or go to sweet island yogurt in down town!! if your looking for a place to find some great food you could go to penny black or Mr.Bs or any other food place in downtown rochester. you will be delighted with any of the food choices in downtown . i would recommend to any familly or teens to go and walk the town!!!! hope you enjoy and hope this reveiw helped out :)

Every year, just after Thanksgiving, the village of Rochester in Michigan goes all out for Christmas. Up and down both sides of their Main Street, the buildings are completely covered top to bottom in all colors of lights. The lights are turned on from 5:00pm to midnight each night through January 4th. If you have a chance to be near there, take the time to spend an hour or so walking the street and visiting many of the stores open as well. It will make your holidays more cheerful. We were stunned by this cute city. Never expected to see such a bright sight in the middle of the night. The entire city and especially the main drag has every store and building draped in festive lights to celebrate for Christmas.

This is a outside mall.Really nice stores.Really good layout.And if you go near Christmas, it looks beautiful with all the lighting.Good Restaurants too.The whole Area is very nice including the downtown part .I go here every couple of months,to shop or to meet friends at one of the Restaurants,

We visited downtown on Sunday afternoon and were disappointed to find most of the shops were closed Sunday and Monday for the holiday.

It's an outdoor shopping mall. ( not an outlet mall ). I've been shopping there for years. I visited this afternoon. Mall is located in an upscale area. So it is very pleasant. The shopping strip is very well maintained. Very clean. Chico's store at this mall is one of the best. Customer service at this Chico's is outstanding. Friendly, professional. And today was no exception. I bought the top there today for $ 25. It was marked down from $ 99. The other stores are nice too. The only store I had a bad experience is the Clarks Store. The salesperson Bill ( he is also the store manager ) had an attitude and was borderline rude. It made the environment very unpleasant for me. So I left without purchasing anything. If you looking for a nice Clarks store, I recommend one in Birch Run. Associates there are very pleasant and efficient. Plus it's an outlet, which means lower prices. Anyway, I had a late lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill, which was nice. ( will write a review ). There are some nice restaurants in the area. Max and Erma is one of my favorite.
