This is a small town cheese factory. It is not hard to find, and was fun to see in operation. It is not a big modern factory, but educational nonetheless.

For years the first Saturday of the month has meant lines out the door for fresh cheese curds (squeaky cheese)...whether its the regular cheddar or dill mozzarella or seasoned cheddar they're all worth the wait. The aged Cheddar's are nice as are their selection of close to 30 flavored cheeses-topped by the excellent chicken soup cheese! As with almost any small roadside cheese factory in Wisconsin its worth checking out

What is not to love about a good old local Wisconsin cheese factory. Stop in and pick up some gifts and some treats for yourself. Hopefully they have some fresh squeaky curds ready to go.

This is my favorite Wisconsin cheese. If you are going to stop in, don't get your expectations too high. The family makes money selling cheese not running tours or providing tastings. While they may do some tours, the main reason to stop here as a tourist, is to pick up some great cheese. My favorites are the marble, pepper jack, and their cheese curds. The secret with the cheese curds is to get the freshest possible, and they do this thing where they squeak on your teeth. Some of their other great cheeses are Mango Peno, Screamin' Mimi Habanero Jack and Garden Dilly Jack.

If you already know what you want, this place does have good cheese, but the service is not so good. Employees - older woman, younger girl were too busy socializing to help us. There was a plate of cheese samples which had been sitting out that were somewhat melted. The girl had no idea what was in there because she didn't put it out.
