My partner has had a once in a lifetime opportunity to play on the Kapalua Plantation course whilst we were in MauiIf you are and avid golf player & fan - then pop this one onto your list.This course is absolutely amazing - it is kept in immaculate condition and it feels like each hole is secluded and individual.Stunning views just add to the fast & challenging greens

Looking to test your skills this is the course. Played on a rainy day and we were almost the only ones on the course which made it fun. No waiting!!Home of the Hyundai tournament in Jan each year this course is challenging and a true test of your skills. Enjoy it, great vistas.

Great views, well maintained, nice staff. Fast greens, hard to read lines, blind shots. Wind. Lots of elevation. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stopped in to the restaurant on a whim after renewing our vows on a nearby beach yesterday evening. We were treated like royalty - they seated us with a perfect view, took some pictures for us, and brought us complimentary champagne. On top of that, the meal was without a doubt the best I've ever had - EVER! (Beef tenderloin). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Maui - the golf course is lovely as well.

An absolute joy to play this course! Got to play with my son which it it even better. We had a blast. Btw the beverage cart lady was incredibly nice. She was able to find me some non alcoholic beverage (O'Doul's) which is not easy. Can't wait to play it again. Even in the rain and high winds it was fun.

husband can cross one off his bucket list! And it was worth the $$$$$ for him to do it, once. Great day. Great views. Tough!! Course The beverage cart lady needed a serious attitude adjustment but the rest was divine

Very expensive, but you must play once. Book the first twilight tee time and you will get it in before dark. A little cheaper at twilight. Book a few weeks in advance because it fills up fast. Unbelievable and breathtaking views. Fantastic track. Greens are fast and undulating. A lot of elevation changes. In great shape. Staff are excellent. Enjoyed our day.

It is JUST AWESOME! Cannot describe how relaxing it is to be on golf course with ocean breeze... view of ocean and much more... Steep hills in some part is a bit... oh well... Everything in Maui is pricy but for the million dollar view while playing - not cold, just right... just excellent.It is not my daily trip to this type of courses... but while worth an experience...

Played in late October. Very slow round on a very windy day. Maybe it was the time of year, but several of the greens were covered in sand and/or in not great shape. Tiny driving range which seemed very out of place for a course that hosts a PGA event. A fair, fun layout but not really any holes right on the ocean. Didn't enjoy much as the Challenge at Manele; but did still enjoy the experience. Great lunch in the clubhouse with a nice view; well stocked if expensive selection in the clubhouse. Half price twilight rate is great, but as others have said the wind usually picks up that time of day.

Course was in great shape although we played it only a few weeks before the PGA event. The greens were a little slow but apparently they always are before they shave them down for the pros. It is a little pricey but it's a PGA calibre course with excellent service, great views, and huge amounts of challenge.
