This facility located down a musty street also very near sky high, is a nice facility and a great family adventure but, needs some improvements. First off, when we entered the building we heard the sound of go carts whizzing round the track. It was a nice sound. When we got to the front of the line, almost the first words out of the cashiers mouth was "Come back in two hours!" So two hours later, we came back only to find that we didn't have to wait long. Another thing they need to improve on is, using the black flag (Warning: If you get this flag one more time you will be taken out of the race!) So I was stuck behind this kid who was getting the the blue flag with the orange flag down the middle (move to the side because someone is going to pass you!) So this kid gave me a little bit of space and when we were level he decided to slam into me. I spun out of control with my hand hitting the wheel, bursting a blood vessel in my finger. Also I injured my knee and had to pull over. I think K1 Speed Indoor Cart Racing is fun for the kids but they need to improve. Thank You

We got a flyer at the airport saying buy 2 get 1 free, so what we thought was $40 for 3 people to race. Instead it was $40 for 1 person to race 3 times. It Was not clear at all that this was per person and I am 100% sure the owners just wand to make money and do not care about being honest.

We had so much fun there and highly recommend. The kids really got into it after the first few laps and were getting better with each lap after. As for the adults, it goes a lot faster than we expected, so that added to the adrenaline rush. Really had fun!

Visited with my office colleagues for taking the battery operated karts on a spin ...Karts are pretty fast and the course is loads of fun.What i did not like, is the initial registration process. I'm not sure if they use the email ids for spamming, as i never gave them a correct one :)

After 80 YMCA fathers, sons, and daughters took on average 30 minutes to register (which they used our emails to send SPAM) and sign legal forms, we waited 3 hours in line to ride for 10 minutes in electric cars that brokedown and computers that broke down with no refunds or apologies. I would NOT recommend this for corporate events. The 1 manager and several workers they had on a Sunday were not equipped to deliver what K1 corporate had sold. Shame on you for this horrible experience that left my child in tears...horrible experience....run....only a complete refund and apology will keep me from telling my vast network to not go here.

We had a corporate event at this facility. The carts are ridiculously fast and the course is a lot of fun. This was my first opportunity to ride electric go carts and I was really impressed with their agility and speed. We had a couple of good spin outs and I was surprised with the bruises I had that day. This was a great team event.

Its the most ecological place tht has karts with battery powered to avoid pollution. I love this place and racing...

Did a team building event here...it was good but a bit disorganized. Think if they market themselves as a great place for team building - they should provide a little catering in that spirit. However - it was a blast and the cars get some speed!

I went with my two teenage sons and had a great time. We went indoor go carting in Germany and loved it, but the cars were gas operated and the fumes were pretty bad.The electric carts here are just as fast! The one safety feature I like was that the staff could remotely shut down all of the carts if there was a crash on the track.Highly recommended!

My 18 yr. old son and I went to K1 Speed in Santa Clara in March 2012. It was so much fun! I would definitely do it again. We were able to use coupons found in local brochures and also took advantage of a special pricing deal they had. The speed of the racers was good, the track was challenging, and the owners made safety a high priority.
