Oh my, this is one creepy place! We brought a group of girls (our daughters) as part of a YMCA kids program (Father/Daughter). This place was amazing, I only gave it three stars, but I guess it's if you like this stuff. Tons of people would give this 5 stars, but we were mostly creeped out. One must remember, this is what they're (the business) is going for! I can't even describe the number of and variety of snakes. They also have a nursery were they breed them. There are hundreds, if not thousands of reptiles. They'll let the kids hold them - little kids. I lived in Lodi for years and never knew this was there, and it turned out it had been there for years. They breed for color and unique characteristics. This blew away any reptile exhibit I've ever seen at a zoo (even major zoos). This is a hidden gem in Lodi,if you like this type of stuff. I wouldn't take your girlfriend here on your first date, but it would definitely work as a last date! I had a co-worker in another town who has snakes as pets and he immediately knew what/where this was. They charged like $10 per child for entry, but gave us a group rate at night - extra scary! We went near Halloween and that made it sort of neat.
