My family goes to Coney Island every year. Just when we think our kids are going to outgrow the carnival style rides and games they insist on returning. The price is very affordable and there are a couple of ticket options: pool and rides, pool only, and rides only. The park is small and quaint and offers surprising fun such as a putt putt golf course, horseshoe rings, and a simple playground. There are also water rides that incluse canoes and bumper boats. Parking is plentiful and surrounds the park so you are always decently close to the car.

Cute amusement park that has an old world style- great if you are attending a concert at Riverbend to head there for the day before a concert.

Went to see a concert at Riverbend, rose rides while waiting for the concert to begin. A step back in time, not commercial like Kings Island.

We love Coney Island. The pool is huge, the water slides are great fun, there's a selection of food to choose from or you can bring a picnic basket. The amusement park is great for little ones. What's exceptionally nice about the pool is the large shallow are for toddlers. We were there on a dreary day so had the park pretty much to ourselves. Bathrooms were plentiful and clean.lots to do and pretty reasonable. Teens may prefer kings island but for the smaller kids you can't beat it. One of Cincinnatis gems

As a child I went to coney island a few times each summer and as an adult I took took my kids there once or twice a year as well. They have a great pool (it's huge). They have a few waterside but this is not the kind of place you should go if you want to do thrill rides. Their classic amusement rides are fun, but I feel that they are geared towards kids. In the fall they do a Halloween featival, which is cute for the kids. It's a cute little park, definitely cleaner than kings island. However if you are looking for thrills, you should go to cedar point or kings island because this is not the place for you.

i love the pool at coney island, but the rides ehh is basically for children im a thrill seeker so i would go to kings island before coney island but thats just me!

I remember standing at the exit of Coney and my mother saying next year King's Island would take over as it opened. I have gone to Coney many times over the years. The Balloon Glow, a hot air balloon takeoff, Appalachian festivals, Summerfair, parties, Buddy Guy concert, family outings, catching the boat downriver, etc. We love the paddle boats. A great homey park.

Another wonderful fireworks fire up the night event. A perfect day weather wise and very well mannered large crowd. Everyone seemed to enjoy the event. This is must do event in the fall in Cincinnati. Everything is covered for your $ 30 per carload price. Rides, entertainment and fireworks. This years winner was Japan followed closely by Germany and Spain last. Japan's display was awesome. The best I have ever seen. The event finished with a local Rozzi display.Only negatives for the day would be a better sound system, very hard to hear the program and Rozzi's display seemed a little shorter than in years past. Overall a A+ event.

Every time we go we have a blast. The pool is always clean. Parking has gone up in recent years or maybe it's just high? I will still go though and most likely just get a pass.
