This is such a great way to relax!!! We had the aqua massage and then relaxed in the salt cave. The place was extremely clean, the staff was better the exceptional, and the experience was very pleasant. I'd do it again!!!

This is a must if you are in need of a little pampering. You lay on an anti gravity chair in a controlled temperature salt cave, breathing in over 84 minerals that your body needs. It is very easy to fall asleep and wake up feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend the hydro massage bed as it's the best feeling ever. Stop reading this and go call for an appointment that won't be your last. Also, the gals that work there are so friendly and the place is immaculate. Very inviting!!!

I stumbled upon this salt cave while shopping in La Grange. The concept of sitting in a salt cave that could potentially improve your health sounded a little out there. I am always open to try something new and agree that salt products (such as soaking) can be very therapeutic. I made an appointment, went in and sat very peacefully for an hour. I really concentrated on relaxing and focused on positive things. The environment is very calming and the air is so crisp and clean. You recline back in a chair and cover up with a blanket (your temperature lowers as you relax). Placebo effect or not, I felt very calm, cool and collected over the days to come. I then made an appointment to go in while there was a guided meditation. This can be very helpful for those who have difficulty meditating on their own.

My friend and I decided we wanted a massage. After calling one and being turned down we thought we would stop by this salt cave that I had seen passing by and had looked at their website. I can assure you that you will love this experience. We had a massage in the water bed and loved not having to change clothes. It is a must for people with diabetes or circulation issues. Then we had a foot detox which was interesting to see what we had released in the water. For the finale we did a relaxing meditation in the salt cave. I ended up walking out with two beautiful salt lamps and feeling INCREDIBLE!! I will be going back weekly and taking my friends and relatives. IT is so affordable to go once or multiple times. I got 10 sessions for $27 each! :) YOU MUST TRY!!!

My daughter and I visited Primal Oceans recently and LOVED it! From the moment we entered (a cool escape from the heat) we were greeted warmly and professionally by one of the owners, Karen. We discussed the therapies and decided on the foot detox followed by time in the salt cave. The foot detox was relaxing (and a bit alarming to see what was left in the water when we finished). The highlight was the salt cave made from imported Himalayan salt. We were made comfy in antigravity chairs and given a cozy blanket before we thoroughly enjoyed our 45 minutes in the cave. The experience was a cross between a quiet meditation and a therapeutic acupuncture session.Primal Oceans also offers a selection of salt lamps, soaps and similar products.
