Horrible experience with Walton Fitness 24. Owner is rude and has no sense of honor. We had a 3 month membership at a great price. HIS ESTABLISHMENT CALLED US to renew at the same price and we accepted. When we came in, he refused to honor the price. He said he was not bound by a verbal contract. VERY POOR BUSINESSMAN. Sauna has mold growing on floor and sides. It was not cleaned the entire 3 months we were there. When the people came to fix the sauna, I heard him ask what to clean it with. After it had been open for months!!!! He is always on the phone and never greets clients. There were used bandaids on the side if the pool for 6 weeks. When I mentioned them, he told me I could pick them up!!! REALLY? !?!?! Very poorly run, showers dirty, equipment never cleaned. The pool is supposed to be at 82-83 but he keeps it at 78 for the swim team. We went for the pool only and stayed only because of the aerobics teacher. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP AND THE VERY RUDE MR. BERRY WHO PRETENDS TO RUN IT.
