A real measure of a place is how they deal with a problem. The staff here were wonderful when my 8 year old misplaced her competition leotard at a national competition and was very stressed as a result. They were caring and practical while actively suggesting solutions. It helps hugely to know that the main desk is run with such excellent staff. The floor staff in the hall where the event was run were also very efficient and helpful. The fact the facility was very busy and the response was so good to an individual's problem is a reflection of a great team.

Visited the sports facility this week and waited to get served at reception for over fifteen minutes while the person chatted on the phone. I then decided to try to get a coffee while she was on the phone. Again difficult to access the cafe and designed badly. Only one person on at reception and access is not very user friendly with the car park at the side ..unless you are given access to the car park at the front (barrier) It is in a pretty desolate area and directional signage is really poor as there are numerous roundabouts and there are not enough road signs and those that are there are sporadic and do not follow through. The facility lacks atmosphere and although large there are a lot better facilities nearby.

as a sports place it's very good at what it does and can excel in most things, but the building omg, it makes my feel sick from outside, I honestly can't tell what is straight, the car park feels level but if you take the time and walk to the far end nothing looks or feels right, I have spent some time on a boat and without moving it feels just like that but on dry land, plays right into my OCD, even if you don't go in it's well worth coming just to see it for yourselves.

Great place my boys team train and play here every week and I use gym few times a week! Everything here is top notch from the gym to the changing rooms! Only problem is that a swimming pool would have made it even better

liked it but coffee vending machine is always broken and the queue in the upstairs cafe takes quite long on busy days

I meet here for my Jog Scotland running group. I have also been to some of the fitness classes. There seems to be lots of things going on, lots of running clubs, gymnastics and other, however wouldn't it have been nice if it had a swimming pool. I realize that Motherwell has the Aquatec but its just a fun pool, you cant actually swim in it.
