Sea-mew
Kökar is the place to go if you wish to leave "central Åland" and visit a more remote island.Kökar has 300 inhabitants or so, but never the less offers a hotel, Budhäll, with a good restaurant placed at the guest harbour. The village of Kökar is quite cute and there are views of the archipelago all over the place. Do not miss the church, St Anna, placed beautifully overlooking the sea. To get here you need to take the ferry run by "Ålandstrafiiken" from Långnäs/Åland. And when you leave you might as well take the ferry to Finland and continue to Turku/Åbo.
