Well worth the visit, the display and selection of cars are the best of mainly European/ French cars that I have ever seen. Well laid out and informative and worth the 10 euro per person. I would love to come back on a track day or take advantage of the 'Laps in a super car' experience, which I thought was reasonably priced. Elevator to upstairs is a bit hidden.

I found this place by using Trip Advisor while planning a trip through Brittany and this museum did not disappoint! There are so many cars it is hard to describe but the pictures here will give you a good idea. There's almost a complete history of the automobile and it is surreal that it is tucked away in a remote area. I am a rally car fan and there were plenty here including the Lancia's that I came to see. There's also an entire wing devoted to F1 racing with gobs of F1 race cars. Too many cars at this site to list. If you are a gear head and in the area, please do not pass this place up. It will give you goose pimples. The museum has weird hours (opens at 10 am and closes for lunch but reopens in the afternoon) but a ticket is good for the whole day. The museum is also closed on Mondays except for July thru August when it is open 7 days a week.

This is far more than a 'Motor Museum'! This is a wonderful collection of cars through the ages including Formula 1, photographs, motorcycles, carriages, rebuilt shops and workshops from yesteryear, accessories and a good showing of lifestyles through the 19th and 20th centuries. It goes on and on and there is masses to see for everyone - all beautifully presented. What a marvellous place - we want to go back!

This is the largest collection of vehicles we have ever visited-and we have visited a few! You can spend hours exploring the different collections including very old to more modern F1 cars. There is even an upstairs with more cars and small rooms created to show different artisan activities like a shoe shop, hat shop, printers all with original tools. An absolutely fascinating place. Not so easy to find but certainly worth the try.

Absolutely fantastic show of vehicles of all types in superb condition. Quite the best value for money day I've had in a long time. Even has it's own race circuit. Closes for an hour at lunch but the ticket lasts all day.

Tucked away in a lovely part of the countryside. We really enjoyed our visit, despite the bad weather. In fact it was a good way to spend a wet day. Even my friend who is not really a car enthusiast found it an interesting trip down memory lane. The availability of food and drink on site was very limited and quite disappointing but for the motor enthusiast the cars made up for it.

This was a fantastic find! Brilliant museum for €20 for family of 4! My 9 yr old son loved this place as did we. It is hidden away in middle of nowhere but has £m's worth of cars, a stunning collection. We were there in august on a wettish day but it was so quiet which was great for looking at the cars in detail.

Great car museum with loads of cars and all of them in great condition. There are vintage cars, classic cars, super cars and even F1 and Le Mans cars. A great day out that is not expensive and when we had two hot drinks and two creeps in the Cafe it only came to 5 euros. It is a big museum and in the Uk would be rammed full of people but we had the run of it despite it being a wet day in August. Would recommend going to anyone interested in cars. Not a lot for little kids but the Dad had a great time!

Tucked away, seemingly in the middle of no where just outside a quiet village, you enter the museum through the most modest and unassuming of entrances and enter the first room. OK, so here we have a collection of old French cars, quite interesting, but you wonder if that's it, but you do spot another way out and off you go to explore, to find another room full of classic cars, and then another, and then another, and then more and then a room packed with model cars, then a room full of Lamborghinis, then a room full of Ferraris and then a room full of F1 cars, and so it goes on and on, hall after hall, room after room of the most amazing cars, trucks and models. When finally you reach the end you think that's it, but you are then encouraged to go up some stairs and you repeat the whole thing again but this time on the floors above. More and more cars, plus a series of street scenes with shops and workshops, and well, just so much. Add in a few power boats, and there you have it. One of the most amazing motor museums I've ever been to and if you are any sort of petrol head at all you have to visit if down that way. We visited on a rainy Monday, it was very quiet, we almost had the place to ourselves.
