老板态度很好，电话预订告诉我们参观免费。最后我们大概在那里停留了一个多小时，一共让我们盲品了大概4个白葡萄酒，4个红葡萄酒，2个气泡酒还有黑加仑浓缩液。老板的英文说的挺不错的。唯一的遗憾是我们本来是想参观酒窖和关于葡萄酒的酿造过程的介绍，并不是为了品那么多酒。。。可能是开始和老板联系的时候双方理解有误会，因此我们到达的时候直接就让我们和另外一对美国人品酒了。

如果你知道你想要什么,就直接去吧。但是作为勃艮第的初学者,我们需要像皮日珥这样的人。他很博学,对人友好,举止礼貌,愿意为我们提供帮助。我们本来打算品酒的,但是计划变了,最后无法参加。但是皮日珥建议我们顺路过来,提供给我们一次非正式的品酒体验。我们最后拿了一个箱子,装了两瓶美酒,得到一些运输的专业建议离开。我们的孩子没非常受他们欢迎。上次的品酒体验(在米内瓦,罗纳河)与这次比起来,逊色多了。就像大家所建议的,在波恩停留一下吧(或者像我们一样多停留一会儿),如果这样做了,你会非常高兴愉快的。大约花几个小时就能到这里,实际上这里还有停车场(如果你必须驾车的话)。

Pierre spent about 4 hours taking the two of us through an extensive tasting of whites and reds which was enormously helpful in learning more about the classification of French wines, and appreciating the differences in chardonnay and pinot noir in different locations, soils, microclimates and vintages. He did this through blind tastings which demanded us to identify the changing aromas and tastes of each wine and especially what we should be looking for. We started with 7 whites, followed by 7 reds. We finished with an amazing very dry sparkling wine wonderful in its own right, but great also with dash of an excellent cassis.We are amazed at the time and patience Pierre put into our lesson, and thank him for it as the wines he selected and guided us with were amazing, ranging from relatively simple to complex in characteristics. The prices of the wines are very reasonable, and the lesson, including tastings was free!We are already recommending a visit to his cellar to everyone we know. Don't forget to book time with him.

I love my wine and learning from new regions. Pierre was fantastic with humour and great wine knowledge. I learnt a great deal. The tasting went for over 4 hours and it was a small group of 4. Great fun learning about wine but more importantly, Burgundy wines. Everyone should do this tasting.
