Driving up a road trying to find a supermarket I saw a big red train sticking out of the ground, well if that wasn't going to get my attention I don't know what will.Ureka is a Uranium Mining Museum, you can learn about the French nuclear industry's mining history and technological prowess, the tour starts in the car park with the big red train, and wanders up the path past trucks and diggers.On entering the museum, you are first shown a 3d film, by the way the film is in French naturally, but there is some translation head phones giving you an audio translation.Also you carry a badge, looks like an access card, if you place this over the squares around the place you can get a translation of the feature your looking at. Its and interactive exhibition the tour lasted more than two and a half hours. The tour takes the you to the depths of the earth during an interpretation tour of an underground mine in the 50s to 70s. Askes you questions on the way round and you can score points for answering the questions correctly, fun for adults and children, and work out who in your party is the winner at the end.They have a web site @ http://www.ureka.fr/

un depaysement total l'univers des mines d'uranium enfin devoilé la visite commence des le parking pour la la joie des petis comme des grands

L'approche ludique est très bien réalisé, chacun trouve des informations et les explications sont "explicites".
