Well worth the visit of this UNESCO heritage site. To get inside you have to ring the bell on the house next door and the lady will give you for 1 Euro a short guided tour.

Fabulous preserved lutherian church well worth a visit. For a purchase of a postcard as a donation you may also be allowed to take photos. It is quite awesome and a great back story too.

The wooden articular church is located in the village Hronsek, ca 13 km far from Banska Bystrica.Construction of the wooden building was initiated 23rd October 1725 and already 31st October 1726 it was completed and festively consecrated. The church has total capacity of 1100 seats.If you have time - visit it for sure - very kind personal will tell you about the history.

Perdu au cœur d'un tout petit village, ce temple protestant en bois en impose !!! Il est classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. En face, peut se voir aussi un beffroi tout en bois également.

Церковь интересна тем, что построена за год и один день без единого гвоздя и из дерева. Среди прочих ограничений, которые налагались на строительство - церковь не должна была иметь колокольню и к ней не должна была вести дорога. Сейчас, впрочем, все намного проще - священник в этой церкви - очень милая пани, а муж ее, тоже священник, но другой конфессии.
