Couldn't be more helpful. The downside is you may have to wait awhile to get to the front of the queue, but it is worth it for the advise you get.

Very knowledgable, excellent English spoken and free WIFI! Book trips, including Northern Lights. Very handy if you are cruising, nearest building to terminal, and very near major hotels

The staff of tourist information is very professional, helpful and pleasant. We bought the ticket for the tunnel parking, the price is cheaper than if you buy at the car park. Also we booked the snowscoot trip and the lady helped us to find room on a trip at short notice. And she recommended the best places to see the northem lights. Thank you everybody.

This is the first place you should enter as soon as you arrive at Trosmo! The way they guide you is fantastic. It is such a small beautiful island to move around with ease. The people here are great and always happy to help. Oda & Kyle, you'll are fantastic! Thank you for all the help.

I initially wasn't planning to stop by, but the Hurtigruten ship dropped us off just a few steps from the Information building. The ladies inside know EVERYTHING you need to know about Tromso and gave great advice. They're very cheerful and dedicated.

We went to the tourist office in Tromso today to find out where we could find a tripod for my camera and ask about the chances of seeing the Northern Lights. The guy behind the counter was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and hugely knowledgeable.
