This has been to date one of the best visit I made to a wine producer. The owner is a passionate old man who deeply loves his job, and this is reflected in the passion he puts in explaining you everything about the wines he produces and even more if you ask. We were a group of 10 and came for a wine tasting experience. We had that, visited the fantastic canteen, had some food, and made new friends.. I would recommend this place anytime if you happen to be in the area!PS don't forget to call in advance or you might find the door shut..

We arrived at the worst possible time during grape crush days, but they welcomed us and spent time to show us their operations. A must visit for anyone interested in the wine making process.

Cantina del Glicine is simply fascinating!We visited this wonderful, old, small production winery in early June. The fact that the cellar has been in operation since 1581 astounded us. The proprietor, and our tour guide, Adrianna, is charming and knowledgeable in all aspects of the wineries history and operation. She conducts her tour entirely in Italian but takes her time and speaks slowly enough so that even those of us with the most basic Italian language skills were able to understand.After our tour we were able to sample several of the wines produced there, accompanied by homemade grissini and an aged parmesan.A visit to Cantina del Glicine will give you a true appreciation for the small, family producers in the Langhe.Not to be missed in Neive. Call for an appointment.

This was a great experience which I recommend to everyone. We were welcomed by a very nice lady who did not speak English but tried to explain all in Italian and French, which worked for us. We toured the cellars dating from the 1500's which were absolutely amazing. After the tour we tasted the cantina's wines accompanied with bread and nuts. Very friendly staff and delicious wines!

Our agriturismo, La Mussia, recommended this Cantina and we really enjoyed it! We have toured ceveral wine cellars in Italy and this was definitely one of the most unique--it was simply underground in the backyard of homes, but it was very old and simple. The tour was in all Italian and the woman did not speak English, but between 4 of us with very limited Italian, we were able to understand. After the tour, we tasted several wines along with nuts, cheeses and bread. Fabulous! She was a gracious host and we really enjoyed the visit.

Interessante visitar a adega do Século XVI na qual são produzidos hoje os vinho da Cantina Del Glicine. Não se tem ideia de quais vinhos eram produzidos ali no Século XVI, mas a adega é bonita e instigante.

Nous avons visité cette merveilleuse cave à 8 mètres sous terre datant de 1582!! incroyable!! température oscillant entre 9° et 12° quelque soit la saison, nous avons été accueillis à une heure tardive par de charmantes dames qui vous font partager leur amour du vin et prennent leur temps pour vous expliquer énormément de choses malgré la barrière de la langue.Dormez à la dimora san Sebastiano à 10m de la cantina où nous avons été reçus par un couple adorable Rosanna et Marco, la maison est d'un romantisme absolu seulement 3 chambres et on s'y sent comme chez soi! De plus Rosanna vous reçoit chez elle à 5 km de Neive et sa cuisine est divine!! Bref que du bonheur Marie et Emmanuel

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di visitare questa meravigliosa Cantina. La cantina del Glicine, una delle più vecchie e belle cantine di Italia. Grazie alla cortesia della Signora Lina e alla disponibilà di Adriana e Roberto abbiamo visitato nei minimi particolari tutta la cantina, conoscendo la storia e l'origine di questi vini. Degustazione impeccabile.Qualità dei vini ottima a dir poco....Da visitare assolutamente

siamo rimasti meravigliati dalla cantina e dal personale/proprietaria disponibile e gentile. la consiglio vivamente a tutti non per quello che ho detto prima ma anche per i vini buonissimi... il Barbaresco Currè ( premiato tre bicchieri) e per gli altri vini. ritornerò volentieri e degusterò a casa la scorta di vini acquistati. complienti complimenti complimenti ... visita e degustazione unica e la piû interessante svolta in questi due giorni nelle langhe.

arriviamo io e la mia famiglia un sabato mattina e veniamo splendidamente accolti dai sigg roberto e adriana che dopo una splendida visita alla cantina del 1600 e una precisa spiegazione dell'intero processo dai vigneti alla tavola ci fanno assaggiare i loro vini con cortesia simpatia e competenza. i vini sono eccezionali cosi come immergersi a metri di profondita' tra i barrique di barbaresco....spazio anche per i sorrisi con il mitico prof abner...da rimarcare i vari Barbaresco Vignesparse, i barbera scosolata e dormiosa il dolcetto ..insomma grazie davvero e felici per essere stati da Voi, complimentissimi Luca e famiglia
