you pay 2 euro and get a thirty minute tour plus some tastings of the wonderful confetti and other delights produced by this incredible historical place. I bought 23 euros worth of candy afterwards....lol......

The visit to this shop/museum was most interesting and unexpected. The products are excellent and now, back from our holiday we're sorry that we didn't take more confetti with us! We can assure you that, after visiting the museo del confetto 'Mucci Giovanni', you will never eat a confetti in your life, without thinking of this marvelous place full of traditions. How something so 'trivial' can become a true delicacy!

We arived at morning closing time and the 4th generation propietor opened up again and gave us a wonderful tour of the original production facility in the basement. What a treat! They have lots of documents and and old office set up as well as original candy boxes. The owner's enthusiasm was infectious. She kept giving us samples of different types of candy and each one was better than the last. We left with lots more to try at home and at very reasonable prices. Absolutely worth a trip

I have been eating confetti since I had teeth. It was a mainstay favor at Italian weddings, anniversary parties and card parties. I've been known to find a 10 year mesh bag of the candies and promptly popped them into my mouth. So visiting the Museo del Confetto on my 1st trip to Puglia was high priority. The 2 euro admission paid for tasting and a walk through the interesting and well-labeled museum. I think I had 2 euros worth of candy samples before the museum tour. I've never seen a more colorful candy store. And it was so fresh and good....I realized I would not have to chip a tooth to enjoy it all! Take the time to visit.....be aware of store hours. It's unique, colorful, fun, interesting and tasty. The 2 guides were lovely and informative. The prices were good. The candy is not made on the premises, but in the same town of Andria as far as I understand. A real treat....literally! It would help to be able to speak Italian, but in the museum there are explanations in English.

Conosciuti ormai in tutto il mondo, i confetti, di ogni tipo e genere, sono davvero eccellenti….cosi' come eccellente è la cortesia del personale e dei proprietari…il museo, poi, è molto particolare e racconta la storia del confetto, spiegando come si è evoluta negli anni…da visitare...

Signori qui si fanno i confetti più buoni al mondo!Storica azienda orgoglio nazionale nonchè pugliese, Mucci è il confetto fatto come una volta, se capitate da questa parti non mancate di fare una visita a questo museo dei dolciumi!Si paga, solo € 2,00, per poter scoprire i segreti che si celano dietro questa arte tramandata dalla famiglia Mucci.All'interno potrete assaggiare tutti i confetti classici, la cioccolata pura e non, le imperdibili novità che vi colpiranno per inventiva e abbinamento di sapori.Il tour nel museo dura circa un paio di ore e alla fine ne rimarrete estasiati da tutte le bontà che avrete visto e assaggiato.Immancabile un tour qui nel centro di Andria!

Straordinaria esperienza di sensi, fra profumi, gusto intenso e varietà di forme, insieme con le mie due donne, la piccola incantata dinanzi alla fontana di cioccolato, l'altra a interloquire con la gentile sig.ra sulla 'petresciata'. Di ritorno da Castel del Monte è stato un tuffo nel paese del Bengodi, fra confetti, tenerelli, tondini di cioccolato e bianco e nero, canellini, 'mendule' ricce, con cuoricini e limoncini dolcissimi. È un tuffo nel passato. Se siete ad Andria è doveroso fare un salto. Oltre al museo c'è la possibilità di acquistare i deliziosi tenerelli, confetti davvero speciali. Naturalmente non dovete avere problemi di linea, perché bisogna lasciarsi tentare.
