This is a protected area bordering the Bavaria with Czech Republic featuring lush and wild forest of beech, fir and larch.It's very nice walk in the park following the marked trails. For kids and toddlers there are playgrounds in the Visitors Centres scattered around the National Park. We went there during the winter and enjoyed several wild hiking in the forest.

It's a nice and relaxing walks along the National Park with the animals attraction. The place is well maintained, though still give a nature looks and feeling. I really enjoy walked both in winter and summer. If you're lucky, you could get to see all the animals. Last year, the day before Christmas, we took a walk to this park, and we were so lucky that it was the feeding time for the animals.. So we could see almost all animals outside their hiding place.The bears were playing and cuddling around with each other on the snow, the wolfs were fighting over the food, the hodges are enjoying their bread meals as we walk 5 meters away from them. The last time, I went there was in this summer.. it was also so nice and cools.. Children for sure will love it.

Lots to see here on the very pleasant 3 hour woodland walk, although to catch sight of the bears that until not so many years ago roamed free in the Bavarian Forest, it's best to arrive early in the morning.

If your interested in Wildlife Photography this is an excellent day out with wolfs, bears, lynx, birds of prey and much much more with a very interesting visitor center and all for free.

Das Tier-Freigelände ist ein sehr schöner Rundweg, sehr gut ausgeschildert, kostenloser Eintritt. Man kann auch seinen Hund (angeleint!) mitnehmen und wunderschön spazieren gehen. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man Bären und Wölfe. Gerade für Kinder sehr lehrreich. Empfehlenswert!

Ein Muß, sowohl in der Winter- als auch in der Sommerzeit! Ruhe, Natur, Tiere beobachten, sich in Waldkunde im "Hans-Eisermann-Haus" schulen lassen etc.etc. etc. Ein Tag im wald - man wird ein anderer Mensch!!! Wer es sich wagt: der Baumwipfelpfad .....=> neu - Abenteuer - fühlbare Verbundenheit mit der Natur!Das besonders Schöne ist, die Tiere leben in ihrem Reich und die Menschen werden auf Sichtweite ferngehalten. Der National-Park ist kein Zoo, sondern eine Begegnungsstätte für Mensch, Wald, Natur und Tier.

Organizzazione del Parco ECCELLENTE, gratuito l'ingresso, parcheggio a pagamento, costo adeguato. Molto ben servito nei percorsi a piedi da servizi igienici in eccellente stato, Percorsi ben segnalati, stradine sterrate con ghiaia sulla neve per non scivolare.....Un parco da fotografare e visitare! CONSIGLIATO!

- Très bel endroit pour les photographes. Des observatoires sont prévus pour voir toutes sortes d'animaux .- Belles promenades en famille. Les circuits sont très bien aménagés avec plans, toilettes et restaurants.

Navštívila jsem tento park s přáteli, fotografy, přijeli jsme za účelem fotografování vlků a rysů. Moc se nám tu líbilo. Počasí nám přálo a navzdory chladnému ránu, se vzduch díky sluníčku ohřál a bylo tu příjemně.
