I bought 4 entry cards for 150EUR for a business after hour meeting. Unfortunately 2 of the participants were sick and which was no sense to attend only 2 of us.I called Customer Service and they denied the exchange of the date of the tickets, since there is a restriction of 14 days exchange, which overall could not have happened since there was no information on the letter it was sent to us and on top of that tickets were bought exactly 14 days before the day.Customer Service said that I should have read the conditions online but how if is not even specified when the tickets were bought over the phone nor in the letter I received.It is a complete joke how poor the event is managed, which completely screw up customers by the lack of information and flexibility.

This is a cozy little variete theatre with lots of atmosphere, very well presented shows and really excellent artists performing. Usually showing different shows with new artists every month or so. This is an excellent place to entertain business partners, but also popular with local families. Try to book online it might be cheaper than booking otherwise. Steep discounts for last minute online tickets. If you are shy and don't want to take part in the show avoid the tables in the first two rows in front of the stage. They do have a special benefits card for customers called Variete Card which is good for a 10%discount. During the first year this card is free and after that they charge a fee of 25 Euro per year. Quite good bar and restaurant - ask for their combined ticket including some food (set menus of usually three courses) which is then served DURING the show, right at your table. Parking is a bit difficult sometimes as this in a central location. If you stay at the bar for one or two drinks after an evening show, you might recognize some of the artists in the crowd. Go and see for yourself - and enjoy the show.

Wir waren gestern in dem Varieté - Theater und haben diesen Abend sehr genossen.Sehr zu empfehlen ist das 3 - Gänge Menue, welches man 2 Stunden vor dem Programm zu sich nehmen kann. Man konnte zwischen 2 Hauptspeisen wählen und die Bedienung bzw. der Service waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Programm selbst dauert ca. 2,5 Std, einschließlich der Pause und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Größere Gruppe an 5 Tische aufgeteilt. Während der eine Tisch bereits die Vorspeise aufgegessen hatte, warteten andere immer noch auf ein erstes Getränk. Dazu leider auch weder freundliches noch höfliches Benehmen des Services. Qualitativ war das Menü leider eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die anschließende Show hat uns auch nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Waren vor 2,5 Jahren schon mal dort und durften ein wirklich großartiges Varieté genießen, während es diesmal erschien, als wäre die Präsentation der Äußerlichkeiten der Artistinnen Hauptaufgabe.

O GOP é um teatro, na cidade de Essen, Alemanha, onde se apresentam apenas espetáculos circenses sofisticados. Na oportunidade vimos KARUSSEL, um grupo ingles que lá se apresentou. Local luxuoso, com restaurante antes do show: jantar com entrada, prasos principais, sobremesa e champanhe. Podendo servir petiscos durante a apresentação. Imperdível para quem vai a Essen.

Wir besuchten aufgrund eines Angebotes unseres Hotels die Show und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Nach anfänglicher Unsicherheit, ob uns dieses Spektakel zusagt, waren wir nach Ende der Show sehr davon überzeugt. Lustig, unterhaltsam und vorallem sehr verrückt - aber sehenswert!
