We had a great time walking around this beautiful castle and the views from the top are very beautiful! Highly recommend!

Very nice castle with an excellent view over the city. Well kept environment and the icing on the cake: it's freely accessible. We didn't visit the museum however, which probably isn't free. But if you're in the city, definitely recommended!

Museum covers the history, geology, and growth of civilization and industry in the area.Streets and Parking are confusing, detailed map or GPS would help.

This is a must-see village in the Harz Mountains, with very well maintained half-timbered houses. looking down over the village is the castle, which is still being restored. There are plenty of cafes and bars in the village, but none in the castle when I was there. parking in Stolberg can be difficult - the car parks are pay-to-park.

Toller Blick auf Stollberg. Aber sonst eine nicht gerade attraktive Stadt. Jedoch als Ausgangspunkt in die Umgegend gut zu nutzen.

Aber eine Ausstellung über Leben und Wirken auf der Burg ist vorhanden. Aber selbst wer keine Museen mag, die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Stollberg lohnt den Aufstieg.

Entspricht in keinster weise den dargestellten Versprechungen der Homepage. Burgvoigt muss sein Rittergelage unterhalten.....auch dies gelang ihm nicht. Unfreundliche Kellnerinnen....schade drum. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut nicht gegeben für das was einem geboten wurde. Einzig allein die Feuershow war super. Freitag den 03.10.14

Op straat stond een bord over dit restaurant. Zag er goed uit. Een oneindig aantal trappen beklommen om boven te komen. Ik ging het restaurant in en daar vertelde iemand me doodleuk dat men dicht was. Dicht zijn is prima, maar zet dan geen borden aan de weg.
