Disappointed with the amount of art work in this museum. Contained on two smallish floors. Cost was €10. Much better value in the LWL

I think this museum is rather overpriced. It has only very few Picassos, and most exhibits are lithographs or drawings/sketches. Most of the museum consists of the temporary exhibit - which is usually good - so you should see if you are interested in this rather than Picasso before you go! It is a nice building and well laid out museum - but I think that is because it is so small and compact.

Lithographs are an old technique for making multiple copies, although the artistic aficionados might argue. This Picasso "museum" is just a series of lithographs of average quality. Effectively, prints, and not a huge number. Go to Google for a more complete exhibition without the cover charge. The accompanying photo exhibition by Willy Ronis was very good.

The Picasso exhibition shows exhibits of his work from c.1971 plus a lot of photo's of him. This takes up one floor, whilst the other floor is for another artist. Neither took us very long to get around and not really worth the 10 euro entry fee.

This small museum is a gem in Muenster, and again one gets overwhelmed by the productivity of Picasso - filling museums and galleries all over the world !!The Muenster one is having their permant exhibition, and also always have very interesting separate exhibitions. When I visited early December 2012, they presented the biggest exhibition ever in Germany on the biblical related works of Marc Chagall called "Chagall und die Bibel" - which will run until January 13, 2013.

The small museum uses its collection of graphical work from Picasso to create equisite exhibitions with contemporary artistsas well as presentations of artists without context to Picasso.Rooms are intim, well designed for informative exhibitions of artists. A visit is no failure.

Visited this when we came for the Christmas markets in 2009. It has a nice collection of Picassos as well as some Paul Klee and a number of American artists that I can no longer remember. Nice as a diversion from the blast of Christmas outside and open on Sundays (unlike a lot of other places). The ladies on the till are fierce - don't even try to speak English!

Ein wirklich schönes Museum-schöne Räumlichkeiten-auch gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen !Ein Andenkenladen ist dabei und nebenan ein schönes Cafe in den Arkaden gelegen-einfach sehenswert !

Klein museum dat zich vooral toelegt op grafiek en daarrond thematentoonstellingen opzet. Onlangs tentoonstelling van o.a. grafisch werk van Kokoschka, Klimt e.a. bezocht.

Het museum is een tegenvaller. Er zijn twee etages met schilderijen waartussen maar enkele werken van Picasso hangen. Helaas heeft het museum ook de informatie over de kunstwerken niet vertaald naar het Engels (alleen beschikbaar in het Spaans en Duits) . Dit viel me tegen aangezien Picasso een schilder is die wereldwijd bekend is en er bezoekers van over de hele wereld naar dit museum komen om zijn werken te bewonderen. Persoonlijk vond ik een bezoek aan het museum het geld niet waard.
