Beautiful place to relax and take energy. All in "Bali" stile! The place is very big, many pool and saunas, indoor and in the huge garden

My husband and I recently spent 2 days at the Bali Thermen. We enjoyed the various water activities, joining in the water gymnastics and aquarobics, which are held in the morning for the elderly looking to stay fit!. It was half term so in the afternoon it got quite busy with children. It is a large location, so overall, although it was busy, it was not a bother, as people spread out and constantly moved from one activity to another. There are also plenty of places to sit or lie down and to rest or read. The bistro has a limited menu, but is sufficient for a snack. We had no problem spending 2 days there, as we were looking for some rest and relaxation time.

I went alone while my partner is working in town and will definitely go back next time with him eventhough i find it a bit pricey for €19.50 for 4 hours swimming and sauna. I had the best first sauna experience: great facilities, lots of activities to do there that its very easy to spend a whole day there. My 4 hrs was just enough for me being alone but with a partner it will be more relaxing if we stay there for a day.. I joined aqua fitness which was really fun. Tried different saunas, great ambiance and staff are accomodating! Must try whenever youre in bad oeynhausen.. I thought id only see old people but there are families and kids as well.. The outdoor pools are excellent and the garden is remarkable! Best to bring your own towels, bath robe and water.. Otherwise you would have to rent an €8 robeAfter my swimming and sauna, i found my skin totally rejuvenated and i went out with such a beautiful feeling about myself!:-) I may not look beautiful but i do feel beautiful!!

We have been here a few times (myself and my husband) and have really enjoyed it.We visited again when my parents and son were over, they too all enjoyed it.We had a meal there aswell and the food is very nice. The Tuna salad which my Dad had ordered was HUGE!!!! Great value for money, the food and the spa. My parents enjoyed it so much that they visited again a few days after on their own.Without us being there to help with the German on the menus they were alittle worried but the staff in the café were lovely and gave them an Engish menu :) We also all got a free chocolate Santa :)

This place has a lot of different pools and saunas. On saturdays it's open until midnight, so great way to relax after a full day of visits and driving around

The pool area is good but not the real attraction. The Spa area is outstanding! They offer modern Finish saunas as well as an original Thai-pagoda with a modern interior of a Finish sauna. The extractions take place in different saunas every 10 or 15 minutes and are done very well. The whole atmosphere is relaxing. The restaurant is ok, but not great. The kitchen of the h2o in Herford is much much better. The prices are quite high: 3 hours sauna 21 Euro, a Salat and a large beer 13 euro.

Many pools for adults and kids, hot, with waves etc. very friendly and helpful english-spoken staff. A small bar inside allows you to drink something and a very good training center is located next to the pools. Ideal even for the winter

Overall a very nice experience but not cheap. You do get access to the swimming area which is nothing too special but good for some swims and to cool down a bit in between. The Sauna area hosts a lot of different Saunas at different temperatures and humidities so everybdy can enjoy according to his/her own taste. There are some inside and some more outside and you can have a very good rest in the resting areas.The whole area is decorated in a Bali style which means large green flowers and a lot of wood which makes for a bit of a dark atmosphere. You can easily spend more than a half day there in between getting hot and getting cold again. The food and the drinks you can buy are nothing really to wrote home about but they are of reliable quality and the value is also good. Best to enjoy later in the evening when it is getting quieter. For those form other countries: You need to bring your own towels and in Germany when you use a sauna, no clothes. The only downside is that the parking space is pretty limited.

was there with a group of friends.We had a whole Weekend in Bad Oeynhausen booked inc. a daily-stay in the Bali-Terme..I`m not a great fan of sauna -but this was awesome. So many different sauna-houses outside and so much inside....very cosy..like you are in Bali- with great colours, overall buddha...I was impressed and very friendly stuff
