This bar is a little gem. Jerry and Jenni both make this place very special indeed. Jerry has great taste in music, and the surroundings make you want to stay forever. Jenni, well she is a sunny, happy smiley lady who takes the time to get to know you and make you feel like you have known her for years. We have spent many an evening chilling here with a good glass of red wine, a cool Mythos or a lovely cocktail. Jerry thank you for the music, we will think of you when we listen to it. Jenni wishing you all the luck in the world with the job but hope you will be back at the Akri from time to time. In short our favourite bar in Skala, you can be sure of a warm welcome, and complimentary nuts!!!

The beach boys at the Akri bar are wonderful. Welcoming, friendly, can't do enough for you. This bar is set in a great location looking out to sea, the atmosphere is so relaxing you are in danger of not going anywhere else and maybe you won;t want to!!!

Really chilled bar. Staff are lovely and they make a superb Metaxa Mojito. Enjoyed having a pre-dinner drink (or two) in this bar watching the sun go down behind the pines which separate the road from the beach.

We found this bar last year and visited several times. We were surprised to be recognised this year and we were given a very friendly welcome by Jenni . The cocktails are excellent and reasonably priced all served with a smile by Jenni who always finds time to speak to everyone whilst serving efficiently. It is a very relaxing place whether having a beer ,a cocktail or a hot chocolate and the music is varied,sometimes unusual creating a lovely atmosphere. Thanks .

Great for afternoon drink, also will put football or sport on if you want it. Right opposite the beach too. The owners are lovley and the bar has wifi.

We went here most nights for happy hour cocktails and they had a fantastic selection to choose from! We did try Captains one night and it was fun but too lively for the relaxed vibe we had fallen into in Skala so we quickly headed back to Akri to recover! Lovely friendly team, great atmosphere and the perfect place to start your evening (or end it). I can particularly recommend the Honey Colada, the Singapore Sling and the Cosmopolitan :)

Everything about this bar is great. Great cocktails, great music, great staff. Jenni is a lovely girl with a smile for everyone. Try the apple vodka it's amazing as are the bloody Mary's.

A great bar with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Jenni made us feel very welcome. I would definately recommend the cold chocolate with Baileys. Very moreish. Well done you deserve to do well.

Absolutely amazing bar! We used to go there after a day on the beach for a refreshing beer in a very relaxing environment.Stunning view, cheap drinks and very nice waitress from whom we learned teh common "YAMAS"!!!!!Highly recommended for a refreshing beer after the beach or for a nice cocktail on a night out!
